    I am not even lying to you when I say this actually works. I have been doing this since August and it’s now October (20x or sometimes 50x everyday before bed) and I have seen big changes. I used to have a very drooped nose and when I smiled it made it sm worse. I’ve realized by nose looks sharper and somewhat slimmer, defined and obviously more lifted. I am very satisfied with my results especially and someone who started with zero hope. I would definitely recommend you to not apply too much pressure when doing this exercises and DO NOT expect results from day to night it takes a bit of time😭Hope this helped❤

      What’s your age? I’m only asking because she implies this is mainly for droopy noses as a result of age, whereas I naturally have that and I’m 26 and want to know if it’ll still work in my case

    Very clearly explained, thank you. I have been doing series 1 -3 for about 5 months and my face is definitely filling out (I’m 71 and was becoming rather gaunt looking with hollowing cheeks). I still have marionette lines and deep lines running from the corners of my mouth down to my jawline. Hopefully over time these will lessen. Perhaps a topic for a future video??

      Hi Jill, welcome to the channel. There are some 400 videos on the channel. When you do the exercises you need to do them as part of a full face routine. The routines are at the end of this video. There are 6 of them, and each routine addresses areas on your face. So, just follow the routines, and you will see changes over time.       Yes it will tonka, its just like if you exercise your body, when you stop it will go back to the age you are currently and you will lose fitness

    I’m doing this exercise so many times a day. After some time I realized that my nose has changed very negatively.
    It’s so much bigger than before …
    And I’m so scared because I’m in puberty.And I’m afraid that I won’t get my old shape back 😭 do you think I can get my old nose back if I do these exercises less?I would be very grateful for an answer.

    Hello peta ive a question in my mind. There’s a difference between a lifted nose and a piggy nose. Will this exercise make our nose like a piggy nose like would it be lifted like that?

    Hello Peta! Great video! Just a question, I have been doing this exersice for a few months now, not consistently, but I already noticed a difference on my nose. My nose biggest problem is that it droops when I smile. Will this be fixed with this exersice? I also noticed that my top lip is looking a bit bigger, can this be from the exersice? Love from Greece😊

      Hi Anastasia, are you doing all of the full face routines? You cannot just do one exercise as it will make things worse.

    hey peta i was doing this for a couple months but realized i had been doing it way tooo much and know i believe my nose has started dropping if i stop exercising it will it go back to how it was before and i can retry with the excel uses at a later time

    Hi Peta. I stopped exercises for a while. Started them again. On level 1. Question. You know when you say to lay down doing exercises. How do I do exercise along with you if it better to lay down. Thanks so much. Do I exercise along with you for a while. Hope I am making sense.😃

      Hi Susan, learn level 1 first, and when you finish level 1 do level 2 & 3 laying down as you would have remembered the routine.

      No it shouldnt and yes, you should always wash your hands before starting the exercises

    Mam pls explain how long will it take to fix my droppy nose. I used to have prfct nose now i got droppy bcz of nose exercise and anolom vilom and looks horrible . I m just 19

      Same thing happened to me, I kept pushing my nose up and now it’s droopy, before it was upturned/straight. Has your nose gotten better now?

    I think you said use one finger to push the nose up and flare nostrils at the same time. Is that right? Also do you use the other fingers that hold the nostrils to do something too? Do they press on the nostrils for resistance as the nostrils flare?

      Hi Leon, yes one finger is fine, if you want to use the other fingers as shown, you do not move them, they just hold the tip of the nose as described in the beginning of the demonstration. You do not press on the nostrils at all

    What if I had a smaller nose sort of like yours whwn I was roughly 8-12 but now my nose is fat? The nostrils are big my tip is fat. You say you nose with the excercise will go back to its natural shape, was my nose at 8-12 my natural nose? Can my nose get skinnier?

    Can I just ask, the muscles in the face can recover within 24h unlike body muscles, However, I noticed that there is an entire rest day included in the program. So what's correct? Should I includs a rest day or just wait 24h?😊

      Hi Hevi great question. You can do the exercises 5 days a week and then have 2 days off. The muscles of the face are much smaller than the muscles on the body and therefore only require 24h rest period.

      to give the muscles a rest. consider, you are doing 150 reps for 2 weeks, you have to rest them at some time. It works, give it a go

    Thank you so much for this! This exercise is so amazing. I have been doing this for like 3 weeks where I only do 50 times 5 days a week and take off 2 days. I love it! Haven't seen much of a difference yet but I know that it will take time to see any results. It is beyond worth the wait!       Hi there, you cannot combine exercises from other people. That person you have showed is a young boy and clearly has no idea about facial exercises. If you do this exercises you do it only once a day, x50 reps a day for five days then 2 days off. If you do more or add more nose exercises your nose will become misshapen and and possibly permanently damaged.

    Well you have a small pert nose to start with so it’s not a good test to see if this works at all.

      Hi Blessed Forever, actually, that happened by doing Facerobics and the exercises. When I first started facial exercises some 10 years ago, my nose was not the shape it is today. It was actually growing quite large and more man shaped. So, it is actually a good testimony of what I have achieved as a 61 year old woman! 😉

      Hi Sophia, if you are not following the facial exercise program fully you can do it once a day x50 times. no more as your nose will become misshapen if you do more.

      Yes it is true, however I have many videos that show how to do it properly. As you can see, my nose does not droop

    Please why is it that ,at first it works ,then later it doesn't maintain it self?I do have flat African nose tho, there isn't even a one single bone in my nose just cartilages

      This is because you have to keep doing it for the muscles to gain strength and then once you get there, you have to keep doing it.
