Ingredients:
4 eggs
170g sugar (2/3 cup)
75 ml vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
60 ml ice water (1/4 cup)
150g flour (1 cup)
2 TEA SPOONS. baking powder
40g dry coconut
1 cup=250ml
For chocolate icing:
150 ml milk
3 TBSP. Cocoa powder
3 TBSP. Sahara
25g dark chocolate
30g butter
50g dry coconut.
