Well the Olympics were all the way back in August, but I guess it's better late than never to upload this video. This video is based off of an NBC promo for the Team USA women, but I also just really love the song. Enjoy!

I appreciate anything to do with my sport (in which I am more than 40 years), but I can not stand those 0,002 sec shots where you can not see full movement, where extension, jump, pirouette....is cut in half...No wonder that younger generation have attention span of earthworm and affeted eyesight...Rhythmic gymnastic needs and deserves more that MTV style clip.

apparently the goal of a montage is not only to show the amplitude, elegance and strength of the gymnasts (things that all are present in the video), but to collect pics and show them in rapid succession, coordinated with music... and if the music is fast and dynamic, then the images must flow rapidly and convey an idea of energetic movement and freshness. This is an extraordinary montage, how can't you appreciate it? If your goal is to watch carefully what gymnasts perform, then you'd better watch competitions vids, which show the complete exercises for each gymnast... 😉😊
