I got a sneak peek at this shoot in a previous video. I couldn't wait to see how AR filmed your dual sprints up that fabulous path. So worth the wait. (oh, hello Matt!) This will be the only time I ever correct AR/or the editing...but where was the Rocky music as you ascended the steps? ( darn copyright law). The aerial view was spot on and that USA Pro Palm pattern was really beautiful. Proud of your determination to focus on health and fitness. But Lydia, we won't see you change much...perfect is perfect already! ; ) PS. I am determined to work along side you. As a virtual wedding guest, I need to look my best too! But I will be listening to Rocky music as I use the stairs.

Best advice for your wedding day is to stop for a breath and take it all in. It is such a fun day and it goes by quickly. Don't sweat the small stuff and just be present. Remember, this day is a choice and God willing it will be the only one you get. Oh, and don't forget the grooms ring like I did!

The week up until my wedding, i was on this soup diet, and it was not to lose weight or anything. But it just helped to cleanse my body and skin for Any toxins. The diet is very easy to do, and the veggie soup was tasty and filling! So on my speciel Day i was glowing and not blowted at all! I Can really recommed it!
