I’m out for a ride enjoying myself until this clown hits the lights wanting to play super cop. His initial reason for stopping me was because he thought I was riding an illegal motor vehicle. I gave him all my paperwork l. He never ask to see my brake light which is in great working condition, but chose to write me a citation for my brake light because my bike came back legit and he was in the wrong. He definitely wrote the citation based on his emotions not the law and the video shows. We should not have ppl like him working to protect and serve as police officers because I definitely didn’t feel safe. This guy definitely needs to retrained because it’s 2024 and he ask me is mobile insurance allowed . Seriously SPD we can do better
