Inoculating wire

Inoculating wire or Straight wire is a equipment used in Microbiology laboratory for transfering living microorganisms. It can be reusable or disposable. Reusable ones are made of platinum or nichrome. Reusable ones are sterilized in blue flame of bunsen burner.
