I love how more and more Drum and Bass artists from the UK playing in North America. Dimension is one of the best!

@@n1k0n_good lord, this condescending “European crowds are better” comment is still being used? God forbid a few people want chill out for a second in the Miami heat. It’s day time. It’s not like this is the headliner and this festival goes all the way to midnight. I can go find a midday Tomorrowland set on CZcams from any year and it’ll be the same type of crowd at points. Clearly you’ve never been to ultra too considering Europeans make up a large percentage of the ultra attendees. It’s one of the biggest international festivals. To call this crowd out just makes you look like a hypocrite
it's kind of funny to notice that the Americans haven't learnt to let themselves go and bust some moves to DnB yet lol. At any club in Bristol this would have so much more crowd energy!

Few years ago that stage would be nearly empty for DnB and this year it was jam packed, love to see the growth in the US, and daddy Dimension at the forefront!
Back in the early 2ks there used to ba a 100% DnB stage at these nig festivals. Damn near died outside of parties with 300-400 heads max in most cities for UK headliners. Now we got house djs playing it mid set on the main stages simply amazing and will ensure I will be raving well into my 40s lmao
I went in 2016 and there was zero dnb. Only a Knife Party b2b, no Pendulum appearance. Speaks to how much better Ultra has done in offering a more diverse lineup.
Umf 2010-2011 was the best years for dnb/dubstep. pendulum 2011 set was so packed with people

I ironically missed the first 10 mins of the set because Oliver Helden dropped Dimension's Rhyme Dust remix at main, and I stayed for the rest of his DnB songs. As soon as I was walking into Worldwide, the timing could not have been better as he dropped his remix of It's That Time.

The UK/Western Europe is always ahead musically: Brandon Flowers even credits moving the band to the UK with The Killers' success - They were just 5-10 years ahead of the USA scene, and the UK was ready for them: Right place at the right time.
Also, electronic music was born in the USA, but it wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for everything that happened when it moved to Manchester and Berlin.@@iamaparanoidandroid1

Chase & Status opened up my mind to DnB. Dimension solidified my love for it.
DnB was alive and well all Ultra from the smaller stages all the way to MainStage. It was beautiful to see.
Dimension is getting better and better, each set is better than previous one. I know he’s going to be a Legend of DNB.
I find his ability to combine DNB with any other electronic music style what really sets him apart

I have been never a big fun of DnB music (never understand it really...), but in the past years got really tired and bored of the usual EDM tracks.
I am just tipping my toes into this music but this Dimension set feels so refreshing after Tiesto, Armin, Oliver Heldens... etc. I couldn't stand their sets for more than 10 minutes... Now it's the 3rd time I am listening this Dimension set. 😍 He should have played this at the main stage!

@@DuckyyFuzzz I am old enough no too change much and have been always a big fan of electronic music. BUT the mainstream is getting really boring and even the BIG deejays tend to play what "the people want to hear/like" instead of showing something new every year. Nobody is brave enough or unique... A big festival like ULTRA would be a perfect showcase, but they don't seem to take the risk.
Tiesto has been using the same intro for 5-7 years and the tracks are more or less the same every year. That just makes me throw up. There are other djs like him. He is not the only one. (I am a big old-Tiesto fan by the way.) I liked Armin Ultra set last year, but this year it was a mess (The Bon Jovi part was especially "cringy". Check it for yourself... 😄
On the other hand, I do like what James Hype technically does on the stage. He worked a lot to become popular and don't think there is anyone else who is that talented and BIG in the scene right now. Personally, I don't like the type of songs that He plays, but loads of people do so I don't understand why He didn't make Ultra...
Probably I am just old and at the end of the day most of the people just want to have fun/get drunk/get high and listen music when they go to a festival like this. So I guess this is fine anyways...

Americans experiencing what 🏴 has had for 30 years now! It was the year 1999 and a track called "The Begining" by Moving Fusion that got me into it! Still a banging track to be fair 👍
We had big name dnb djs coming to the US all the way back around 2000. They still do of course but it was around 2009 when dubstep got big the dnb stage at festivals turned into the dubstep stage. I saw dimension twice in LA in 2019 so 5 years ago already and I’m sure he’s been here since but I don’t really go anymore.
