I was out there at that very same resort last year in October for 8 days and I had a blast. I'm so glad to have come across your review of the resort. I had an awesome time when I was out there.
Thank you so much for sharing, thinking about booking here as a solo traveler...is this mostly a couples resort? is the beach water too rough/ sand rocky?
Yeah, I unfortunately didn’t have time to experience everything :/ we seen the lazy river and it looked fun! The nightclub was also a good time the 2 nights we went.
Of course! Only because it was a secluded area (felt safe) but not really near anything. It’s about 45 minutes from Montego Bay and about an hour from ocho rios, so if you’re wanting to visit any of those areas, transportation maybe a little pricey.
Hey! I got regular ocean view. But 2 of the other couples got privilege, and they liked it. Some of the things they had access to were top shelf beverages, an oceanfront restaurant, and a butler
Yes! There’s over 10 different bars and restaurants. Out of the ones I tried, I recommend captains market (the buffet), Red Snapper, Sugar Cane, and Sakura. Room service A la carte menu was included, and I thought it was decent.
Yes it is! There are a few restaurants designated for “privilege” guest, which you can upgrade to for an additional cost (a couple hundred dollars). That includes top shelf drinks, and like 3 restaurants that are premium, but aside from that, even with the regular amenities, it includes unlimited food and drinks at no extra cost 🙌🏾
happened to see your video after I booked, thank you
You’re very welcome! Thanks so much for watching!
OP how was your experience?

I think it’s great for solo travel! The water was very calm, the beach was nice but it was rocky at some locations. I would bring water shoes
Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
@flairbypierre still cannot decide where to stay? Ocean Eden Bay or Grand Bahia?

THANK YOU !!! 🤎
You’re very welcome! 😊
You didn’t mention a lot like the lazy river, drinks, pool area, casino, night club, etc
Yeah, I unfortunately didn’t have time to experience everything :/ we seen the lazy river and it looked fun! The nightclub was also a good time the 2 nights we went.
Nice review! Question: at the end of the video, you mentioned that the location of this resort may not be ideal. Can give more info on why?
Of course! Only because it was a secluded area (felt safe) but not really near anything. It’s about 45 minutes from Montego Bay and about an hour from ocho rios, so if you’re wanting to visit any of those areas, transportation maybe a little pricey.
Hi! Did you get privilege? or a regular room?
Hey! I got regular ocean view. But 2 of the other couples got privilege, and they liked it. Some of the things they had access to were top shelf beverages, an oceanfront restaurant, and a butler
How was the. Food on the resort.Thinking about a womens conference there....did you see conference rooms?
The food was good! There’s lots of options to choose from. I don’t believe I seen a conference room though…
Food was good, buffet and a la carte??
Yes! There’s over 10 different bars and restaurants. Out of the ones I tried, I recommend captains market (the buffet), Red Snapper, Sugar Cane, and Sakura. Room service A la carte menu was included, and I thought it was decent.
Is all the food and drink included? At all the restaurants?
Ugh. Adults only resort. If I’m booking an adult only resort I do not want to see any kids. Js
Right! No kids were on the Eden bay side, but it’s inconvenient that a majority of the food places were on the coral spring side :/
