I knew that this man could sing as he's sang back up vocals on many of Queen's hits, and has sang these blissfully soothing lead vocals on other songs ('39, Good Company, Leaving Home Ain't Easy, All Dead All Dead, etc) but daaaaaamn. Still surprises me when I find a vid of him singing like this!😍
I like this version, is cool. I like to see and listen to Brian. His voice is beautiful like him. Love him, because is charming and handsome, but the most important he is a talented and smart man.
Unfortunately he overextended his sweet vocal cords on another song and struggled after that point. He's got a great voice but he needs to pick the songs that show it off. The guitar work for this concert left me breathless. It is Brian unleashed!

I never understood why they didn’t continue with Brian and Roger sharing vocals rather than bringing in other singers. They are both great vocalists and have that authentic Queen sound.

I’m sure he is sadden by the situation, but he must carry on. He has written so many beautiful songs ballads.
I guess he`s tired and exhausted after the show, which is predictible.

In the early 2000s, for sure. And maybe some special shows nowadays. But their rigorous touring would damage their voices I believe.
I disagree it would have been better. They could even have gone back to their old name Smile. John Deacon might not have left cos it wasn’t Queen and you’d still have all 3. Who wants to live for ever is hauntingly beautiful sung by Brian especially as it was so close to Freddie dying.

I know I'm gonna get flamed by a lot of Freddie Mercury fans, but I actually love this better than Queen. It's a lot heavier when paired with a couple of musicians from Black Sabbath and Whitesnake, with 2 great female back up vocalists!

Brian could have been a superstar on his own or as the front man of a band instead of being part of Queen and would have still been a superstar, he is super talented. But I would much prefer Queen with Brian May than without.
