Love watching you tackle a meaty challenge. This isn't the biggest steak challenge that you've done, but with the bone-init made me think of the Flintstones. The cheesecake at the end was perfection. Well done Shutkever on making that look easy.
I swear, if you lived in prehistoric time you would be dating Fred Flintstone and each of you would be eating your own full-slab of brontosaurus ribs!

My youngest sister also has a "dessert stomach". She can always have dessert when everybody else can't even have a cup of coffee after a meal. Great work Leah!

Still can't understand how you can do what you do but it's amazing and big shout out from Chicago where we're known to eat heartily. You rock.
You're a great role model for young girls, and boys, who might be dealing with eating disorders and given the fact that you maintain a great physique and seemingly can out-eat every other male eater on CZcams by miles (won't mention names), it's a great platform.
That’s what I love too, she advocates a healthy lifestyle and doesn’t claim to be anything she’s not. Plus she has great chat, she makes great content and is what we call in Britain “easy on the eye”
A think a lotof it is she works out a lot, and I dont think she eats like that daily. Its a cheat day .

Leah, this was a very wonderful challenge. Tomahawk Rib steaks are really expensive. You ruled the entire dinner. I love rib eye. My Granddaughter 20) is a fitness/weightlifter. Her brother (almost 21) is also a bodybuilder. My youngest son, their dad has been a weightlifter since high school. At 74 I would rather cook and eat instead of working out. I appreciate all of it. Thank you!
Every time I watch you finish a meat challenge, I get this incredible urge to grill steaks! Will definitely try the chimichurri recipe.

Reverse sear is absolutely the best way to cook steak at home, particularly if you are in the kitchen. Use an instant read thermometer, and you can't go wrong. It also saves smoking and/or smelling up your house. Some of the best steak I've ever eaten I've cooked myself.

I agree, reverse sear is by far the best way to cook a steak. A normal sear loses a lot of its char and crust but reverse sear goes straight from the pan to the plate (obviously with a rest before eating).

X2 tomahawks is impressive. Beautiful reverse sear, nice and rare. You should try a Raw Primal challenge. Something like a Cow Heart or maybe some Ground Lamb with french fries. And some Boars blood for a Chaser.

14:34 -- For me, my body basically has two modes: Hungry and "OMG I ATE TOO MUCH!" There's no middle ground while I'm eating, and the feeling of satiation comes hours later. So, I have to portion everything and then just stop when it's gone, even though I'll still feel super hungry until 2-3 hours have passed. If I don't stop, as I said, my body just keeps telling me I'm hungry until suddenly... I'm sick from having eaten too much.
Wow, now I'm a chimichiri fan as well. I could eat it on almost anything.
