Wouldn't it be nice if we could once again agree on the basics of what is necessary to sustain a healthy lifestyle? There has and always will be disagreement on certain aspects, as to their effectiveness or degree to which it is preferable to one thing or another... but we all agreed on the basics. We are now told that up is down and _right_ is wrong. One thing we have had all my life and will likely have for the rest of time, is the "New dietary breakthrough that is sweeping the nation by storm". Humans want to abuse their health for the entirety of their lives and simply take a supplement for a few days and escape its harm. Was it Barnum or Baily who said a sucker is born every minute 🤔

Lost me when he started talking about greens. That's when I knew he was full of ship.
He's right that carbs and food processing are bad though.

Why do I need an oil designed to stop fish blood from freezing in my blood?

Holy hell. That guy really recommends omega 3 from plant sources. I’m done.

Even if it's true that is the #1 deficiency, calling it that in the title itself makes the video seem like clickbait. Do you know for a FACT that it's not vitamin D that's the #1 deficiency? I frankly doubt that you do know that for a fact.
My 1st question: Why is this doc the only one who seems to know what he knows, or the only one who's talking about it?
