I so relate to the feeling lonely when coming home to being by myself even thpugh i hang with my friends all the time but its so easy to feel alone when other friends go home to partners or roommates
I know this might be infuriating to hear as a single person who obviously wants to find their partner but I've literally never lived alone and although I wouldn't change how my life went in a way I wish I could have experienced living on my own as I think that would have done me a lot of good! I guess what I'm trying to say is try to enjoy it in the moment for what it is, I know I would really struggle to live alone and I'm much older than you are so make sure you give yourself the credit you deserve! You're smashing it x - Also I've been in a rut too and this was just what I needed! thanks x

I’ve tried myself having a day off my phone and it’s crazy how hard I found it. I never realised how much time I actually spend on my phone when I could be doing something more productive so this just really gave me the boost to try and implement it into my days more often❤

I'm also a big fan of banana protein with my OJ, but I blend that with a banana, frozen raspberries and spinach. it's such a bright flavor and it brings me such joy! 😊🥰

You have a Woolworths?😲 There was one near my house where I grew up in Tennessee. Wasn't groceries. More like a dollar store. I remember going in it when I was maybe 5 with my Mom. Had a particular smell. Not unpleasant. But sorta like plastic. Also it had one of those mechanical horses you can ride for a quarter. I think. I never got to. Mom said NO! 😂🤣
Woolworths is one of our biggest supermarket chains here in Australia. I don’t think it’s the same company as the one in America and I think there’s Woolworths in South Africa that’s different as well

Love your vlogs, but would love it if you watched into the lense more than the viewfinder
'No phone day - I could do it easily if i was out of the house (because i am that one person that doesn't touch their phone while at a restaurant/doctor's waiting room etc.. unless i am showing someone something or taking a photo) AND when i am home, i would use my laptop for everything (I KNOW that isn't the point of have a no phone day 😆).. But CZcams, Google, Messenger, Insta, Spotify, Emails, Tik Tok... Everything is on my laptop soooo i would have to take that away too and i would end up watching tv/netflix, reading, cleaning and eating.. I will be forever grateful for WiFi. 💖 Sooooo for me, my phone isn't the problem.... WIFI is the problem.
