Hey guys I just watched this vid. I live on the ICW in SC just 20 miles north of Georgetown in Murrells Inlet. We have a boat, no where the size of yours ( Chaparral 27 foot bowlder ) and we travel the ICW all the time. We cruise down to Georgetown almost every weekend when nice to have lunch. Been doing that for the last 25 years. Love the water and the peace and happiness that it brings. Our favorite place is called Sandy Island, it's a big hang out for all the locals. Would love to do the Florida cruise but not in the cards for us. Have a great trip and be safe...
Oh cool! You definitely don't need a big boat to enjoy these waters - 27' seems perfect for that area of SC! Sandy Island looks really cool, its on the otherside of the Waccamaw River? Looks like a fun hangout spot!
I found you guys from watching them. I just bought a boat in Tampa area in October and brought it back to Va throughout the next month got back to Deltaville in late Nov. Maybe we’ll run across one another.
Hey guys!! Andy and Gwen sound like absolute legends - also their sail boat is SUPER beautiful (bonus points for the two adorable dogs). I cannot believe that sail boats are so spacious underdeck - I presumed they would be extremely cramped. Okay I absolutely loved the interview - you're all so likable but I loved when the camera panned out and the dog was sleeping on your lap haha. We're not sailors but their advice was extremely applicable to any traveller - not travelling to fast and enjoying the moment. Such a lovely video guys - can't wait to watch more of your videos!! New friends here 🙌
