Dei dei pothumda. First of all Messi winning the fifa award is not Messi's problem or Haaland's problem. It's the awards problem, I mean who decides the time period for these awards. Just because World cup happened in Dec. 18 are we considering it from Dec. 19 or it is been the same even before. Why not consider normal calendar year or league season. So people should criticise the award criteria instead of Messi or those captains whom voted for him.
And second Ronaldo clearly says "I think haaland won it, I guess. Not me" We can interpret anything from this statement, whether it is plain or has inside meaning referring Messi only Ronaldo himself knows. But my question is Ronaldo clearly knows Haaland has already won the award (players will be informed about their awards beforehand) and that's why Haaland came. Both Ronaldo and Haaland knew who were winning which award. Then why he needs to put up an unnecessary act when he showed in the camera. Whether what he did was right or wrong is secondary. But why create unnecessary controversy by doing that. That's totally on him.
