Great stuff Andreas! Technically speaking, power plants fueled by electricity are called "motors". Those fueled by gasoline, diesel, etc....are called "engines".

I have a highfield sport 390 rib with a 40hp mercury efi and a black max 12 inch pitch propeller revving 6100-6200rpm at WOT and top speed is 31mph. My problem is that the rib only planes at 3900rpm and I would love to be cruising at 3500- 3600 rpm but the rib doesn't stay on plane even at full trim down. Is there anything I can do to plane at lower rpm and maybe have a little bit more of top speed please?
