Bottled and canned soda mainly differ in the fact that the canning process actually heats the soda partially as the can is sealed. Drink machine sodas taste the most different due to the fact that the soda water and the syrup are being mixed on site, rather than pre-mixed as it is in the canning/bottling processes.
