Dear Church Family - please pray for Australia! We have lost half a billion animals and 23,000 square miles (59,000km2) in the last few months. People are trapped everywhere and tomorrow (Saturday) is predicted to be the worst day yet.

One of my late uncles was a multi-millionaire, worth over $10 million by the time he died. You would never know it, though. He lived in a very old, dilapidated farm house that didn't even have indoor plumbing. He drove around in a basic car. He spent much of his time traveling the country, but stayed at his friend's houses instead of at five star resorts (this was well before AirBnB). I can remember asking him why he chose to live that way and he said "when you look and act rich, society puts pressure on you; you're suddenly in the spotlight and you don't know who your friends are. However when you look and act like you're poor, they all see you as though you are poor." He didn't want people to see him as rich, because that way he could have true friends and relationships. The few people who did know he was very wealthy were after his money all the time. So I can understand why he kept his wealth a secret.
Simply Visual he seemed to be a wise man.
Dawne Williams well, yes and no. He was very wise with his money. However, he wasn’t a believer in Christ and he was very heavily into gambling, drinking, etc. Also he had a lot of hate in his heart, especially toward his own family. Apparently in his will, he gave his money to a casino instead of to his family or a good cause. So in that way he wasn’t very wise unfortunately.
Simply Visual that’s a very sad state in which he left the most important thing, repentance and salvation undone. It appears that he gambled his eternal soul for worldly wealth. Ironic at the very least; yet truly the ultimate loss of eternal life.
I’m sorry for the legacy he left behind.

The first sermon for me in 2020. Thank you Pastor. I've messed up so much in my life and in my mind and heart.
Good morning, Regie! Throughout the Bible we are told the stories of imperfect, broken sinners who found full restoration and forgiveness! The Lord tells us in Lamentations 3:22-23 that 'The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning. Great is Thy faithfulness!' Psalm 34:18 comforts is by telling us that 'The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.' His Word is chock full of these promises and words of truth and encouragement! God bless you! I hope that this has includes you to delve into the Bible for more of Him!!!
Not to worry; I think most of us can relate. But we will get the great "Do over" when we are with Jesus, and we will never more mess up because we will no longer be in these sinful fleshly bodies. Live from today on and don't look back at the past failures--Satan is always accusing us and trying to make us feel guilty; just remind him of what his end will be. May the New Year bring blessings and renewal

JD, this was truly such a full and rewarding and rich Bible study. It comes on for me quite early in the morning on Friday, at about 3:00 AM . Never the less I get to it as soon as I can In the morning, though today this carried something very unexpected. Though I should always expect the unexpected from God, because He alone knows the very depths of our needs and the hidden things that we are unable to express with our lips, or understand even with out minds about what we need, especially in these last moments before He returns.

If you live in Hawaii heads up: Red flag gun confiscation law in effect starting today. That makes 19 states, Colorado started yesterday. Please pray for America because civil war drums are beating. Virginia governor is threatening to shut off all internet, phone and communications and start road blocks. He also is threatening to bring in the National Guard for those who will not turn guns in. 90 out of 95 counties are 2nd Amendment sanctuaries, and Sheriffs are planning on depitizing all who can carry a gun. Trucking associations are stating they will not deliver supplies if war starts. The blue traitors are showing us who they are, and fulfillment of end times according to the Bible is happening. God be merciful and help us

I Was sitting in a cell watching the rain, Thinking about the times only brought back the pain
Wishing I was free, free as a bird, so I could take up my wings and fly with the Word
I reap what I sow and I get out what I put in, If you only knew where I've been you'd know my life was a Sin
But I sit here and Write about my life and the times, Wishing I could retract and take back the Crimes
But we all know what drugs do, they put you in the dirt, they strip you of your dignity they make your heart ache with hurt
If you can relate to what I'm saying then this rhyme is just for you, It's time to get a clue and let GOD see US through
This life full of haterz and world full of lies, it's the truth that we seek and it's right infront of our eyes!
So look deep within and let your HEART defeat your MIND, don't walk this world Blind or you might be left behind
Because the Devil is Deceivious and Swift in his ways, he's like a 2 horned monster, he stalks what he preys
