This beer was first produced in Manila, Philippines in 1890’s and was introduced to Spain market only in 1957. I am a Filipino myself and i was born 1958. Then and now, San Miguel beer is still the most popular beer here in my country and there’s never a time that my ref ran out of beers including Heineken, bud and of course San Miguel. I am not saying that San Mig is very good, i am just trying to set the record straight. If you make a research and found my claim to be false then pardon me, i am your big follower after all. From what I've heard some ppl love it other hate it. The "tingles" that you're supposed to get don't qork for everyone and those ppl find it more annoying. It's the same with coriander....some love it others say it tastes of soap.
