you should've put the studs first before putting the block in, u cannot see if u over tighten the studs that causes cracks on the stud threads.

Для чего прокладка под крышку вариатора , если сцепа и ремень открыт ? Я чёто не догоняю ?

Для того чтоб крышка на месте стояла. Она должна не вплотную сидеть. Так же если половинки картера без прокладки собрать на пите, то коробку зажмет, потому что не будет необходимого зазора
