Hi mam .. I'm new to this channel.. I'm from Chennai.. I have done my pharmD(Doctor of pharmacy) in 2019.. After that started preparing for government exams.. But now I really wanted to get into my pharmacy field.. Is that possible to persue my career after this much of career gap? Can you please guide me towards clinical research or pharmacovigilance

Hello Pooja, BAMS are also equally eligible to work inside clinical research field and for abroad opportunities are far better then India and definitely in India also good number of options are there.

There is no exam to write, you can directly apply for jobs. After applying if your resume is shortlisted then interview will happen and based on your performance in interview only you will get the job. So you have to clear job interview

There are other options as well like going for MBA after MBBS , Medical writing and lot other stuff....But before you do anything else please try your best to become a licensed doctor because being a non MCI may hamper your career growth in later phases of your life

You can expect anything between 60k to 80k

What's expected initial salary if I join pharm industry after MBBS mam ?
For MBBS initial in hand salary can be anything between 70 to 90 k in hand, depending upon company,location and your clinical experience
