Bit weird at 3.37 seeing the place I got married April 2018! Me and the good wife remain the only couple ever to marry in the Lochailort Inn. Great vid, wanted to do this since I moved here, this walk and camp, but from Glen Mama where we live. So some good ideas for spots.
If that was on the Friday then I was half expecting to see my tent over the other side of the Loch when you panned around :) I took the ridge route and I'm sure that I saw you chaps pitched up over the other side. as I came down off the ridge (abandoning my original high camp option).
Think we must have been just too far around the other side of that outcrop to see you. Certainly think I would have spotted your tent on my little recce over the outcrop. So maybe we were hiding in our tents by the time you pitched up.
Tough start! At least the weather cheered up on day 2
Hooray! I made the cut LOL. My luck with 2022 leave continues, returned from Switzerland with COVID. Look forward to the next episodes. 🙂
