I don’t think she was trying to be racist I believe that was the language barrier her being African decent raised in Britain terms are way different for us in America but I do agree she was most definitely on another agenda with the mocking him and I as a African American man honestly think he spoke very well and answered those questions better then anyone could

@Alpha Sancho I respect your thoughts on the matter but I respectfully disagree but then again neither of us know her but racist is used so loosely in this era I for 1 believe someone of anyone race including his own could have posed the same question and in that regard would it still be racist ? Or would you then say they are because he’s Jewish ? I think the term would be bias he’s a very intelligent man and people who aren’t as smart or disagree with him will be filled with some sort of anger or feeling that goes for anyone who can’t control those feelings and questions in a social or any setting

I think you're taking her words out of context. She was not giving a blanket statement that all bias is wrong; she was specifically talking about unconscious bias as it pertains to race. Particularly, she was saying that white people tend to have an unconscious bias towards other white people (and against black people). I, like you, also do not think what she said is true, but I have a problem with your mischaracterization of her argument. You need to learn what she is saying before you throw around words like "hypocrisy".

It is a pretty good fake but it is mixed with a bit of dialects from all over England which is super weird and hence why everyone in the comments cannot agree where she is from which is unusual. Thus, I'm 95% sure this is a made up accent and she's American.

Unconscious bias does exist and can be measured but not in static terms only in dynamic situations which is what he is probably referring to as being difficult to measure. To say it doesn't exist as a psychological phenomenon is stretching the boundaries of truth but to say it doesn't exist in the way it is being promulgated by overly leftist societies is most likely very much in line with the truth.
Ironically all this has very little to do with race, colour or appearance, the human subconscious can get over these things very quickly. They are a means of identification but without preconceived notions on how to interpret them place no barrier on how much of a connection you can have with a person. Instead it has much more to do with the lack of interaction during childhood due to the societal boundaries, perceptions and the fears handed down by parents. Some cultures are progressing faster than others but one trend is clear in all cases, that the only real change occurs with changing generations. Hence must be careful to not screw up our children any more than we already are. Anything that promotes lack of interaction between children due to hatred or pride must be eliminated even if this goes against political correctness.
