3 star legendaries are normally the last thing they balance
They are just pbe, most of them get changed later, Riot still wants some hype in Official release

norra, briar, morgana, camile, diana all exactly the same but more damage. no word of a lie, a zilean carry *might* beat one of these. especially if they sold board to make the 2 star
@@captnd7902 they always change when live. Right now they are more focused on fixing all the bugs and balancing the game.

Cakemaker works technically similar to 8-bits in set 10 and is the only economic trait in this set
from all the 5 cost, i think diana is the only one thats good, or atleast the only one you expect to do what a 3 star 5 cost can do

she's the most powerful 5cost in general lol. at 2star she soloed my 2 3cost 4star team (nasus and varus).
I was gonna say the same thing, not to mention she was meant to be a tank though with good items she can be a monster with just being a 2 star
