Thanks 🙏 for this excellent content Denon are so underrated it's crazy. They are leading the way when it comes to standalone gear, I came on board in 2009 with the brilliant and legendary Dnhd 2500 which was a class leading piece of equipment and now the Prime stuff sets the standard. Well done, Denon 👍👍
Yes, however... they really missed the ball not integrating streaming into Engine like Rekordbox has. That would finally make sorting streaming playlists as well as creating cross source playlists a reality.
I love the added sampler content, and I'm sure I'll learn that it's even better than I think it is, however, to be perfectly honest, I really wish they had added a slip effect because I miss it so much after leaving Traktor. I really think Engine Prime would be my #1 favorite if that effect was added and was a selectable button option on the board. the round Pitch Lock button would be perfect ;)
Hello, nice video on the latest engine dj 3.0.0 update. I have a question maybe you can help me on this. when I first wanted to start using my prime go I imported all my song files that I had stored in my external hard drive which i use that drive when I dj with serato dj pro. So I've imported my songs into the engine dj software. then I used the engine dj software sync manager to create to sync the playlists onto an external ssd drive and want to use it to dj with my prime go. whenever I need to import new songs, do i have to reconnect the external hard drive that has all the music i have imported originally into the engine dj collection pane onto my computer when I open engine dj software?
Thank you for watching. I believe you have to reconnec the external hard drive with all the music on it and hit the refresh button (to reload your serato DJ updates). I have a similar set up to yours where I am primarily in Serato DJ (for now) and then use Denon DJ to sort thru specific tracks for playlists that I utilize on a separate USB drive (the one shown on the video). I hope this information helps!
@@DJUnprotected why is an engine folder created in both my external hard drive and internal ssd drive other than on the drive i use with my prime go. I also have a lot of red tracks in engine dj software collection pane and also in my internal ssd drive.
Thank you for watching! I have personally only used sync a few times on the Prime GO and didn't like it, so I don't use it. I have used sync on the Prime 4 recently and did not experience any problems. What update version are you on?

Denon did it again man. So happy I purchased the SC5000M media players.
Pioneer would charge you for this.

This just made my Prime Go a little beast
100%

That remote operation is a sick feature.
Right? 🤘🏼

Good points!
Have you had screen freezing problems?

I have the sc 4. If I do a quick volume cut it crashes the Phillips hue lights. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.
I haven’t connected mine with hue lights but maybe someone else can relate to your issue.
What kind of dj events you do
Mostly private party's and events. Always open to DJ bars & clubs, too. What events do you DJ?
Why not a update on denon 2?
Are you referring to the Denon Prime 2?
Since I’ve updated my prime go the sync is all messed up, anyone else see this?
