Well, it is. Being sad in an of itself is no indication of either being Ill or being depressed. It is completely unreasonable (and unhealthy, I would argue) to expect to be happy 100% of the time, especially in light of the fact that we live in a broken world. I expect every healthy human being to experience sadness.
