Love your videos, Thang! Very informative and your succulents are so gorgeously stressed!
Love all your hints and experiments!
This is what i was looking for...now got the idea. Thanks🌸
Thank you for breaking it down where we can understand. I learned a lot. I thought it was magic that they turn colors lol You gave me insight to the science behind it. Thank you again!
You have the best videos for wintering succulents. I am new to this and live in a cold climate. My succulents are beautiful thru the summer and I was wondering how to winter them to keep them. You are the BEST!
You are so fortunate that you know all about these and we need to learn from you and subscribing your channel.
Thank you for the explaining you make it so much easier to understand, thanks again.

You’re such a geek! Thanks for the explanation! It makes a lot of sense!
Thanks Thang very helpful and informative !!
Just watched your video and WOW! Learned a lot. Thanks so much, will start my own experiment soon!
18 hours of light?! Wow. I might just switch over to that and see how it goes because I struggle to provide cold enough temps to get those winter colors with my indoor apartment setup
Chloroform is 🤭*leans back* lmao😂
Im gone
Lmao hahaha
Dead 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Thanks for the info! Beautiful plants!
Thanks for sharing a great video and detail information to care for succulents.
I love your succulents they’re beautiful 😍
Thanks a lot for sharing wonderful knowledge in beautiful way .🙏
Thank you Thang.
Valuable information. Thank you for haring!!
Great information in this video, I learned a lot about pigments. Light intensity is also a major factor in getting plants to color up. My light is extremely bright and I have just as vivid colors with less hours and more watering (I get it up to 18 hours in the summer). I don't like the dehydrated look of a lot of your plants to be honest.
You are adorable and knowledgable!!!
Attempting my first succ propagation from a stem cutting after watching your
video. Wish me luckkk!
Same but I'm waiting for mine to arrive in the post
Awesome, Thang!
Thank you Thang

Thnk u for clear instructions...
Succulents are amazing aren't they? It is weird that the more we stress them, the prettier they appear to our eyes. Love your ramblings, anyway.
Hello from Malaysia! ❤️
U did explain really well. Well done
Thank you so much for the very informative videos about Succies😍 no i have an idea how to stress my Succulents 🤗
Lol I neglected my succulents by accident and left them out in the full sun for ages. They look SO good now 😅😂 so it really does work.
Thank you for your help!!! I think now I know that my jade plant is being overwatered
Lots of great info
ty so much. very easy to understand. and I definitely lerant alot
your shirt is so cute and sad at the same time...but mostly adorable
You are awesome thank you for all that info. 👍👍👍👍👍
Great info 👏🌸
Super wow!
Great tips JustThangToo. I learnt so much. I spent years establishing my collection and now that it's established I had no idea they could go for months without water because in their early days when I worked full time I'd forget to water them and they'd die. Really enjoyed your tips and cant wait to get more colours. Have you got any videos of how to get your cacti flowers not to die? I have a cacti that after 3 years finally grew a few buds but was really disappointed when I went out yesterday to find them all dead :(
Very Informative !!! Awesome Video! :-)
Mealybugs come out because they're in the roots feeding :) You should use imidacloprid and you should apply it outdoors.
Great video, thank you. You can call it Sedum Adolphi 😉
Tqvm very good info
love ur vid, thanks for sharing
You deserve 1M views
How do you reduce the water tho when the plant gets thirsty ??? I have some of mine that start to get deflated/ wrinkly etc and then I get nervous for them
Succulents and comedy. haha. I really enjoyed your video. You are one funny guy. Thanks for the info.
Glad you like them!
Love your shirt
Very informative and interesting 💚🌱
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice informative video ! Personally I think most of your plants don't look great at all, it almost looks like they are sick, but that's a matter of preference. I prefer less shriveled leaves and blister-type things. The intensity of the light is also important. I would never give any plant less than 8 hours of darkness, my succulents that receive 14 hours of 2000-3000 footcandles of light a day also have nice pinkish colouring, but look a lot healthier than yours. But yeah they might be less compact, but at least they grow !
love your shirt
Excellent knowledge. I definitely will try. Thanks. What is the best mix soil for succulent.
Wow, I have killed quite a few of my succulents over the winter from over watering. But then, if plant is too dry, I get mealy bugs!
i love this video its so helpfull thank u
You're so welcome!
Hi Thang, great info, good lecture from a fellow Canadian, now i learned about light and water from your video, can you please impart what kind of soil you are using? That can withstand weeks or months without watering? Is it plant specific? Or you use same soil for all uour plants?
Thankyou bro
Hey there beautiful video
Great information! What grow light are you using and what is an approximate distance from your succulents? TYI!
thank you :)
ahhhh im in NJ and we get similar weather..
Thank you soooooo much. I was so sad that my succulents we’re loosing color!
Glad I could help!
Good explanation! Do you anything to feed your succulents or only water?
When he says "Vatiegated Black Prince..." Holy S**t!!!!!
I really hv to share this video...
I love this video! What spectrum of light do they need to bring out the colors?? Red? Blue? UV???
It doesn't really prefer one wavelength of light to another. Just keep it in shaded areas, they'll show you their beauty
Very informative. I keep my Succulents under grow lights cuz i don't have good natural sun light. What type of lights do you recommend? I just watered my BBS today. I'll be pushing to 1 month for the next round & see if that helps.
You! I like you! 😊
hi, thanks for this video, it was super helpful, I was wondering how you manage to keep the plants outside without them burning? ive had a few that like to burn before they stress, and I know they're not supposed to be green 😕thanks x
you have to acclimate them and also shade cloth does help
Everything dies...except for amoeba(s), which just split itself and keep on living indefinitely since it is performing infinite cloning.
Anyways, I tried stressing my plants and just wound up getting my baby beans (that's what I call my succulents) sunburned.
What if I let them expose to full morning light, but they were ended up sunburn? What is the proper way?
It's summer here in Philippines. My succulents are placed outdoor with no shade under heat that ranges 32-36 degrees. But it doesn't change its pigment. I tried not to water for two weeks and it lost much leaves. But my black prince became darker and pushed a lot of pups but stopped growing. Atleast its dark and got many pups under it.
My black prince produced 2 pups n momma is looking very sad, she may be dying and the 2 pups' colors are not too bright😐
How come you don’t pay for electricity ? I just discovered and subscribed, I’m absolutely LOVING your channel! You are really knowledgeable and absolutely hilarious!
Because here in Canada some buildings have electricity included .
You have amazing camera
How do you achieve 18 hours of light indoor? Can you recommend the grow light you use? Thank you so much for your advice !
Lol. I was so stupid for thinking that pink succulents are just a different variety 😅
Can you recommend any specific grow lights that you’ve found works well?
Will your plants still grow without water?
Can you go over succulent variegation? Like chemical induced and more?!?!
Hey do you adjust the length of time you have the lights on during different seasons? Summer/Winter?
What are those u use as the soil for it 😔 i need to know
What kind of light do you use?
What kind of grow light do you use. LED? 6500K?
you look good in that shirt 😁
Do u use artificial lighting in winter to keep them from getting leggy? Or do u think the lack of water prevents legginess in Winter? Thx
Hi thang. I live in the Philippines and the temperature rises at a maximum of 45 degrees celcius. Is it still OK if I just leave them outside for 8 hours daily without watering them for a month? I hoping for your answer. Thank you.
University level education.pl be brief and fun learning........Very thanx

I've tried to sun bath my babies like 6-8 hours, but the leaves burnt and it stressed me out, now i'm just leave it on morning sunlight from 8am to 10 am..and put them in shade area, i'm still learning how to balancing the amount of light my babies need, which some will curl up, some elongated..what do you suggest sir? I want them to be colourfull as they were ..tq in advance
How do you manage to stress them under the sun enough without them getting sun damaged ??
