Stenciling 2 Ways, 2 Different Cards! Plus Simon's Celebrate Blog Hop!

I love being able to stretch my supplies and use the same products in more than one way. In this video, I want to show you how you can take the same stenciled background using Simon Says Stamp's Groovy Blooms layering set and use it to make two completely different cards. Both of my cards feature new products from Simon's Celebrate release.
