I can't keep myself from watching these videos.
I've been on a FMM marathon. there is some magical nostalgia of visiting the flea market as a kid and seeing ALL the NES, N64, and PS1 games just laid out. I loved looking at every games cover art and wondering "What the hell is this?" as a kid you can't tell a good game from a bad game, and I didn't have internet at the time so I would just wonder about all the games I was missing out on. golden memories of picking up Battle Tanx for the 64 and Spyro for the PS1, can't forget super Mario world either. just a beautiful time to be a child, and a shit time to not have any money.

Yeah, Pat kinda disappointed me there.
The seller should realise that there is a game in the system. So it's good to try and walk that extra step in getting a cheaper deal.
That´s not the point.
The point is, that in a later episode, Pat is seeing a reseller he calls Wario, trying to do the same trick and gets very angry about him trying to do that!
Wtf is this thread, it's not like Pat put the game in there and didn't tell the guy, he was selling it like that he doesn't have to tell the guy anything, u don't know if the guy knew or not
Uncucked The seller should always be aware if there are extra games in boxes or consoles if they don't want them to be sold with the other item

My physics teacher once went to a flea market and saw a bunch of working virtual boys selling for like $25 each, so he bought all of them and sold all of them besides one for his lessons, for $125 each.(since i was the first to actually know what the console was, he let me play it till my eyes started hurting).

I enjoyed the video from start to finish, I think the edits were solid, and weren't overdone. I very much appreciate seeing you price your items at the end of the video: that is excellent, and I'm sure it helps those who are getting into collecting. :rockon:

Same thing in my country. It's quite rare to even see PS1 games for sale anymore so these flea markets where Pat goes would be heaven for me, there's so much stuff for grabs.

3:32 Bill & Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure is beyond horrible. I donated my old copy to James Rolfe when he was looking to complete his collection, along with a few other games he needed. He went on to review a different game I donated: Metal Gear. (And I thank him for it! The NES version is broken, and it's especially apparent when you play the original MSX version on Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence)

A while ago at a garage sale I got a Gameboy Color with Zelda:Oracle of Seasons for 7$.
KeatonKitsun3 Pretty good deal there considering the Oracle games are about 15-20$ each.
it's not up to him to go through the seller's items and then convince them to sell at a higher price, or part out their wares. buy a used car with a super nice radio in it, you gonna tell the person to take the radio out, or offer them a few hundred more?

The only place to get nes games around here left our flea market many years ago :( Pretty sure the guy died. He used to let me come with my dad, buy like 5 games for 10 bucks, play them, and then trade them in for 5 new ones, and he had new stuff like every 2 weeks! Really cool guy he was.

If you're looking for a good flea market hit up Canton Texas. It's right outside of Dallas. It's massive, you could walk it everyday for a week and not see the whole thing.
I had the Game Gear charger but I'm pretty sure I bricked it because I charged it immediately after opening it on X-Mas. Older rechargeable battery technology would require you to do a full drain on the battery, re-charge it, *then* you could use it. Whoops!

I live in Brazil, the only flea market i know of in Sao Paulo, where I live, has absolutely zero video games in it, which sucks....on the plus side, I buy a lot of Classic Rock and Metal Vinyls and i get rarities there for a steal.

My Game Gear and games in a case are doing very well, on top of a bunch of papers to prevent them from blowing around. I guess I have to pay someone to take it from me.

In my country, if you're lucky enough to even find a flea market, you might find some "great" games such as NHL 99 and Fifa 2000. Not always easy being a collector... :(
