Great talk about narrative. I feel this style of play should be pushed a little more as having fun is what the game is about and this creates that awesome story moment for your teams as you progress. Matched play has a place and should be looked after, but there is a nice magic to narrative - so thank you for spreading the good word!
Agreed, narrative quickly become really difficult for new players as the difference between you and them increase each time. Narrative is almost better in competitive, weirdly
Yeah I've been strongly advise against battle scars because they beat newer players into the ground for losing. The burn cards losers get from the ashes of faith box are a really cool ideal giving a boost to the players who need it most
@@2CasualYT there were some good WD cards too that add, I think it was called 'Deceptions' which are like, 1 time uses to provide a small boost. I can drop them in Discord if you can't find them
