- Catch the last 15 minutes of this all time classic gameshow, with Bruce Forsyth and my good self. The most expensive showcase showdown they had ever done... but was it won or not?
- Komedie
It's the most expensive "showcase." The big wheel is the showcase showdown...
omg!! this is the first time I've seen this since it aired on tv.. Im Andrea the Contestant row hostess
Haha. Were you the lucky one who got a kiss off me? Lol. Great night.
lol yes!!
Andrea Hall what are you doing now?
I've been recently working on ideal world as a guest presenter showcasing hair products most of 2016, working as commercial model for the past 17 years and running an image and style consultancy for the last couple!
@@andreahall1656 have you seen it lately on challenge.. so funny!
Loving that MR-2 roadster.
he would never have fitted in to that anyway.

BUMMER
Had a great time
I remember back in the day (early 2000's) my Dad was looking to buy a Toyota Celica. They were around £22k+ and the MR2 was similarly priced. Not cheap. No wonder that bid was way under.
Electric windows very expensive if I recall
How was your holiday in Canada like? Did Bruce provide a hotel? and was it nice?
Ended up at Disney. Yes we stayed at the wdw dolphin.
@@Littletedpetite How come you ended up in Disney? and is it disney florida or paris?
+Concept4dave What was it like appearing as a contestant on Bruce's Price is Right Dave?
It was an amazing experience until the end. Then it was just like being shooed off.
The Price Is Right with Brucie ended in 2001. It was at the time, the beginning when Brucie fell out with the ITV management.
Just imagine if you had an Aston Martin DB5 , All the James Bond Books and films from Dr No to present day , Roulette Wheel , 5 star all inclusive Las Vegas with butler and V.I.P Casino pass for a year , Cocktail Cabinet with years supply of vodka Martini , a years supply Cuban Cigars for a showcase today I bet it would be worth over £100,000,000 in todays money.
don't make me feel worse! lol
@@Littletedpetite I know how you feel but they should have had an Aston Martin car in a James Bond themed show case.
When I watched that episode 20 years ago my final bid was £163 ,000 . I would have lost too . Because I thought the car was an Aston Martin and they are worth a fortune.
@@ashleyhallows2566 brilliant.... my legs collapsed after the car came on and my mind went, up to that point I was spot on!!
Not a patch on Leslie Crowther.
The car on its was around £22,000

where did you meet Allison
Such a shame Dave, you should've gone for something like 32 or 33 thousand and you would've won it! Also, if you had won it, would that have made you the 2nd biggest ever winner on BPIR? Cause I seem to remember a guy from either 1997 or 1998, can't remember what his name was, think he was called Adie, who won a car in his pricing game and the showcase, which I think was almost £30,000 and his total winnings were around or over £40,000.
stupid version. a vcr is a prize? what year is this?
How is this the most expensive showcase showdown? Not a single player spun 100 so they literally gave away nothing in the Showcase Showdown.
£34,000 never went above £30k before then
Creative_daveb that’s the Showcase, not the Showcase Showdown. Learn the difference
Creative_daveb for it to be the most expensive showcase showdown, all three players would have had to spin 100 and receive GBP1000
The stupid announcer didn’t even say the name of the car. It’s a Toyota MR2 SPYDER! Surely why they put that car in the showcase!
TOO LOW
UNDER BY £7,789
NOPE
