In case anyone wonder, the glue Petko now recommends is a MS Polymer glue, which is a ready available construction adhesive sold in any kind of hardware store.
Legends say that lens stain remained there ever since!
So, about 34 minutes. Petko went to grab some candy, he'll clean it up in a minute.

Man i have been looking for a glass shop that has the right thickness. Its hard to find. If you find a place that can get the size we need the price goes up like crazy smh i hate it here lol

I‘m still waiting for you to visit an expo that is easy for me to reach, your pre built enclosures are just much better than what I can build myself.
I live in the states and have built many of his enclosures my self. From glass to acrylic. Acrylic works but over time side panels start to bow leaving gap in between door and and right side panel. It is also hard to find right size acrylic sheets to fit plastic parts. So you will have to do a bit of work sanding it to get them to fit. Glass is the best option if you can find 5/32. That would be perfect. 1/8 which is popular in the states is a pain. If we all support and help we can get his enclosures world wide.
What I love most about your enclosures is the work space that it provides for cupping Ts, doing maintenance, viewing, even makes breeding a bit easier. I love the fact that its open across the top. Unlike the exo terra with the bar across the top. Gotta get these things out to the world. Love your channel keep up the good work. We spoke about this before on IG a bit but I know its a way we can get this going in the US of A 😂 😂

Well made video petko, i'm still trying to find a shop that sells glass cheap cause it makes the enclosures more expensive then buying a exoterra one. So the tip on finding a seller for cheaper glass is also great information.

Denizens of the dark den.
I need help.
I was lucky enough to find a jumping spider not too long ago.
She has eaten 3 or 4 times for me.
After her last feeding her body got HUGE and when I woke up the next day she made a super thick web.
I offered her food a week ago and she was completely uninterested.
I'll catch her on the edge of the web and she'll scurry deeper into her web.
I take it she is in premolt.
Can I move her into s different habitat or should I wait this out.
If I offer her food, I'm not able to remove it if she's uninterested again without destroying her web...
HELP!

The glass and glass cutting fee here in Australia is expensive as.. it cost me nearly $300 for two enclosures.. but they are pretty cool and quite easy to make.
I agree completely with Petko! Building your own enclosure adds to the feeling of accomplishment in the enclosure. Is there any reason that you couldn't make one 20 " long by putting the 8" & 12" together? Thanks for another great video!

All the glass shop i went to, told me 2mm thickness will easily break and even with 3mm they were sceptical. Is it "normal" glass or some kind of safety glass?
This is amazing. Im looking to aquire some of thes parts for a paludarium build I would like to do but can you tell me is there a recomended weight limit or size for the door? My plans my end up having a door that is 30x40cm which Im scared these parts my not be able to hold. Is there something I can do to strengthen them if thats the case?

Is the Quilosa MS35 aquarium safe? The manufacturer's SDS seems to describe it as hazardous. Maybe it's fine once it's cured?

So 1/8 strong that's an incredibly hard thickness to find in Canada. 5/32 2 32 is 1/16 2 1/16 is 1/8 plus 1 32 is an eighth strong

When you add strong or a plus sign it means a 32. 1 1/8+ = 1 1/8 plus a 32

You should have went with 3d printer instead of molds.
The originals were 3D printed and were a little too weak. Many have already broken on video.
plastic injection mold parts are wayyy stronger then 3d printed.
You're brave making this video, I have recently been upgrading my Ts into nicer enclosures because I am against shoe box enclosures and the Tarantula community has been eating me out they're sooo mad at me. The tarantula community hates progression because it means they have to spend more money on there Ts which in turn means they can't own as many. this is a seriously toxic area in the tarantula community and I have had them going full hog recently since i have been setting up bioactive enclosures. Keep progressing the community and influencing the community to do better because the community sucks
