- The Abandoned Holiday Home... probably one of the most incredible abandoned time capsule’s in the UK.. apparently nobody has seen the family since 2004?.. i confirmed dates on food which tie’s up with those dates given. If that is true then it makes you wonder what has happened to the family who owned it?.. there are signs of decay everywhere, it really was an incredible place to have a walk around. Hope you enjoye you video guys 🙂

Your ethics are the reason this is my favourite explore channel. Great video.
Forget the spiders, that piano is by John Broadwood & Sons. One of the oldest piano makers in the world. It is an exceptional piece of craftsmanship.
Yep! :) I saw it when Abandoned World Explorers did this place.
@@PianoHead26 abandoned explorer didn't go up in the loft and find that little room with all the wine and champagne you always see different things in different people's video's.
Being of a certain age, that house and its contents cleaned up would be my dream house right now!
this wasn't a holiday home a guy & a woman stayed there & use to throw parties with the neighbours, he passed away then not long after she was found in her bed curled up holding a photo of him she died of a broken heart.
there`s a door around the back of the summerhouse to get into the secret room which nobody knows about, the Bearded Explorer found it by his curiosity going up the loft well done man.
This place is immaculately preserved for being abandoned for decades. That little villa is a legit time capsule.
Always very sad to see these abandoned properties. Someone has grafted hard all their life and put care into making a nice home. Gives life perspective. You really can't take it with you and eventually nature will reclaim. Good it wasn't vandalised and always pleased to see how respectful you are. 👍
Was cool seeing you on car throttle 👌
Does seem that any unrelated channel I watch. Unrelated to another. Ends up having some kind of connection.
do you ever do follow up research on the places you visit and find out move about the ppl who lived there your videos are very good
The car throttle collab was brilliant! 🙂👍
Love the respect you have for these places, leave it as you found it. Bravo 👏🏻
Such a beautiful place and it gives me some childhood memories for sure 🥰🙌💓 Thank you for being so respectful to everything 🙂❤️ Great video sir 🌷🌷
did used to live there
did you live there?
2004 not much dust a lot of alcahol and no looting I think the property is watched and you got permission!!!!!!!!
Yeah that's possibly an explanation
The colour TV with the doors is branded "G Marconi". It uses the Thorn 3000 or 3500 chassis (depending on screen size). If it's 25" it's a 3000 model from around 1969/70. If it's 26" it's the 3500 from 1971-73. These TV's are solid state (no valves) & are fully repairable today. It's usually capacitors in the power supply module.
Behind that TV looks to be a 24" B&W television. UK viewers note that B&W TV licences are still available & only cost £50 odd.

We used to have one of these until the early 1990s. My dad was a TV repairman and he always talked about the Thorn 3000 chassis. It is now in the garage and we are looking to sell it for restoration.
This one makes me especially sad, It's like the house is till waiting for the family to come back.
Seen 3 other explores of this property but they all missed the hidden room with all those bottles. Its a strange but interesting place. I think rooms for family get togethers. Love your channel thanks for sharing xx
So glad you take only pictures and leave only footprints, thank you
Epic discovery 👌 just let's hope the location doesn't get out for all the idiots to wreck 👍
The tv in the wooden cabinet dates from the early 1970s. I remember my father buying a very similar Bush one with folding wooden doors to hide the screen when not in use so it looked like a drinks cabinet it was the first colour tv we had. I remember watching the 1973 Leeds v Sunderland FA cup final on it with a packed living room full of friends and family because they wanted to see it on a colour tv and they didn’t have one yet.👍
So I'm walking about in my own house, hearing the Bearded Explorer(in mind)describing things as i might leave them. I think I've watched far too many of his video's for one day. lol. Good show man.
Haha now i want to do that 👍🏽😄
I have spent the weekend watching a lot of your fascinating videos after I searched for car barn finds.
I couldn't believe my eyes when you went into the first building and it was as if you had gone back in time to the late 80s seeing those TV's and decor and furniture and the fact that everything has stood untouched all that time and here's hoping the twats who just have to go around wrecking places like this never find these locations you have explored and documented and kudos to you for taking the time to do it.🙂👍
It's amazing and so sad to see a whole lifetime in that house just left to rot away with it's secrets and memories .
That is such an amazing place. So immaculate it couldn't possibly have been left for as long as the best before dates would suggest. It's almost like someone up until more recently had been taking care of the place. Perfect location out of the way.
Entertainment of the highest level at this holiday home. Great find, thank you.
What an amazing find. I hope that other explorers are as respectful as you are. Another great job videoing, others are difficult to watch.
Thanks for the upload, Cheers 👊👍✌
Always so sad to think of the last time the family had been there, packing up after their holiday, perhaps planning the next holiday only to never return.
I think it's awesome that u don't destroy anything or disturb anything!!!! Thank you!
This would have to be one of your most amazing and best fines, really does make you think of what happened to the owner/s. Thanks for sharing.
Great find, my dad had aTV like that in the early to mid 70’s and used to pull the cover close every evening
Nice ! I´ve explored hundreds of abandoned places in Europe but this one is like you said one of the best 👍👍👍 Thanks for showing !
Hello B.E.!... My name is Chuck... I have been watching abandoned structure videos here on CZcams for a good 10+ years, but just found your channel about a month or two ago. You do an exceptional job with your filming, and audio narration too. So glad that I ran across you, and you can chalk me up as your #1 fan across the pond, in the States. I live just south of Mobile, Alabama, close to the Gulf of Mexico. Well keep posting your grand videos, and I can assure you that I'll keep watching them. Take care and stay safe... Chuck
What a awesome find mate.
Good to see it untouched and not ruined by vandals, strange that its abandoned just a beautiful place would happily move in tommrow!!!! makes you wonder what happened to the owners
Hi Colin this place is amazing, you would think some one still looking after it,so tidy and best of all no vandalism, great and interesting video thanks for sharing
I’ve seen this place on another explorers page but seeing it from your perspective was really interesting and made it like a completely different place. I actually really loved that glass car, how detailed was that. Brilliant explore 🌹
Brilliant what a lovely home it would of been, love the fact you leave things as they are, and the fact you left that camcorder sealed, respect man 😊
Absolutely stunning how everything has been just left and untouched, almost like time has stood still, keep up the good work with your videos loved this episode Thank you so much
Yeah makes you wonder if there dead or just abandoned ship
Wow. What a stunning house. Makes me wonder what happened and why they left. These items must be worth hundreds of pounds. Love that summwrhouse. Someone's chill out zone. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
How's it going?
Hope your doing well.
That's a shame all of that beautiful stuff just left behind. That was a cool hidden wine room.
Once again another rockin, awesome video. Keep up the good work.
Take care & stay safe.
Thats a lovely little time capsule. Definitely some 90s vibes going on.
Beautiful video. Respectful as always. Class act. I'm left feeling terrifically sad after watching this. There is no doubt that whoever lived there had every intention of returning, but for some reason that never happened.
Some quality varnish in that summer house, the shine on those walls 👌 after all this time too.
"I don't like rummaging through drawers... but cupboards are fair game!" 😜
i know right! i would be so tempted to see what i could find. Would be interesting to see if there was any £1 notes or any coins
Another epic place ,TVs never seen anything like that before another epic find
Apparently the holiday house was actively lent out to friends and family between the mid 70s up until the early 2000s . When the husband died in 2014 the wife sold their main house and lived here for 3 years... She was found on the bed @4:00 holding a photo of her husband....
Great bit of information
That's a little disturbing when looking at the bed now. o.o
@@MGR99 especially with the stain!.
You are very precise on your videos. Well documented...keep up the good work.
Unbelievable how well preserved and untouched everything is, that is a true time capsule.
It's like they just went out and never came back again 🤔🤔🤔
I love your explorers your always so respectful and your voice is so soothing.
What great explore what a shame its just left to decay i bet back in the day it was a brill place to escape to thanks for sharing take care x
I absolutely love your video`s and look forward to them. It`s so sad that this has been left to rot, I agree with MANCAVE HOBBIES. Thank you for inviting us along, And don`t get arrested again. Stay safe.
I can remember that type of television around the late 60s or early 70s.
i really enjoy these. There is almost a sadness to them but absolutely fascinating
dust is 80% dead skin though so if no one is in there there wont be as much .
As bearded explorer never really determines the date they have been left empty , which would be easy when there , I always like to play the "date the products game " the Fairy bottle design came out in 2000 , ITV 2 in 1998 , Ariel tabs in 2001 .
The newest thing i could find was the year for was when the Daily mail was giving free DVD`s away and that was 2005
So 16 years at most
This is a wonderful place to bad it is decaying. That living room was beautiful as well as the dinner room. Thank you
Ive seen two or three explores of this property and it's such a mystery. It's as if the owners were just wiped out in one hit. Makes me think of one of those private plane crashes or a serious car accident. Certainly things were left as if they were planning to be back soon. It is a terrible waste. Must say though, although they had lots of 'stuff' some of it wasn't in the best possible taste. Nothing much of quality there. A joy to see a place that vandals and the unscrupulous haven't found. Thank you. Your explores are always done so interestingly.
Costa del Sol crime family?
Thanks for another great exploration. Re: the old TVs in the room full of sunflower seeds? I'd date them at about 1970. The casing on them appeared to be real wood, which was still in use. After 1971, manufacturers switched to imitation wood made of plastic or fiberglass. By the mid-70s, they abandoned any pretext of wood and used plain plastic.
Great explore the owners liked a drink and were obviously well heeled thanks for posting.
man i was glued to that video, what a find! great stuff and thanks for sharing with us
If you look over the pool at 19:18 someones been mowing that lawn.
What another great find. Excellent. Great to watch. Take care.
I saw this property before but I'm glad I decided to watch your exploration. I really enjoyed it. Those TV's look like they're from the 1960's, possibly the 70's.
Thank you for this upload. I do watch other channels' "explores" too but they are invariably so badly filmed which is off-putting. Yours are very watchable. Well done!
Have you stolen my ID ?
Was not a lot of dust ?
What a beautiful sweet home. It’s just a shame to let it sit empty.
For the house being abandoned for years is fairly good condition. Love the video thanks for sharing
wowzer fantastic explore , and bonus it wasant trashed
Loving your content mate. This was an amazing exploration. 👏
I love it when a new bearded video drops 😊👍
My little girl, loved it when you went to the swimming pool and looked at the water, and the secret room with the wine
TVs look like from mid 70’s.
Great video, very respectful explore.
Great video excellent find the 2 TV's in the cabinets I can recall are from the late seventies respect to you for leaving the place as you found it as always keep safe and look forward to your next adventure peace
Love the old propeller style lawn mower in the shed....the blue one my late aunt had one it dates back to the late 70s at least
They sure like there wine , lol
Place hasn't been touched in years ,AMAZING !!! THANK YOU
LOVED IT !
The tv's in the out house with the sunflower seeds are from the late 70s ,early 80s
Ty for sharing that telly and hifi about 1980/1990s x
As a child we had the exact same fireplace as the one on the dining room. Total 70’s 🤗🏴
Great video ❤Thankyou Josh 👍
Awesome job!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Brilliant mate
Great explore. #BeardedExplorer. You are one of the best explorers on CZcams. Your camera work is amazing and so is the music in your videos. You know exactly when you should speak out loud or lower your voice. When your in an abandoned home and you speak very softly it shows a lot of respect for the people that actually lived there years before. Hats off to you. I'm from South Africa. I love things like this. You truly are one of the best here on YT. And another thing which a find so refreshing is that you guys dont use rude language in your videos. Love that. Fantastic job.
Thank you Rae I really appreciate it 😊
You made it again! Great video mate!
Great time pieces, great presenting could not ask for better.
What a brill place! I love how respectful you are towards the places you explore.
Great upload, what a fantastic time capsule! That old TV looks like a Marconiphone / BRC Thorn which would date somewhere around the late 60's to early 70's as it's colour model I would guess.
I done this stuff when I was kid I'm so happy to see it being done
Lovely home this. And sad everything people's left this house. Beautiful memory this home. Thank you very much this 👋〰️〰️🍃🌹🌏,,Byee
This house has already been done by at least 3 different explorers, it's great seeing it again tho you did a very thorough job with it.
yep and someones taken the chess set was taken 9.25. On awe video they was touching it 14.47 czcams.com/video/c_cnAOueVUY/video.html now its gone?
Just unbelievable.. untouched literally..!!!! Alex.
Wow. Looks like an American style custom build circa 1983. Incredible! The TV with the sliding door looks around 1979 or so.
hi there the television in the wooden cabinet early 1970s, my mum and dad had one very similar that was our first ever colour tv, we thought it was amazing after watching black & white for many years. Fantastic find excellent presentation really enjoyed it, thank you .:)
The shed at 4:18 looks like it was a Sauna. Inside benches looks like cedar, 2 level benches and on the lower right it looks like it has a stainless heater.
yeah was thinking that was too good for a shed!!
So sad to see. Can you imagine living in such a beautiful area.!!!!
Great video love the way you respect places you go to
Fantastic video as always and I'd absolutely love to live in a location like that. Apparently this used to be a holiday home for a couple. I have heard that the husband died in 2014. His wife moved to the house permanently but was so distraught after losing her husband that she died in 2017 in her bed.
I'm not sure if this actually correct as the food and other evidence doesn't seem to confirm this being as recent as 2017. But if you look on the land registry you could do some fact checking. It is extremely sad that this house is now just deteriorating.
Great vid as always. The TV in the living room I'm sure is from the 80s as we had one just like it. The one with the sliding door I'm sure is from the 60's early 70's.
Lovely work mate; a beautiful- and, at the same time, very sad- video.
Glad it’s not been robbed or disturbed ....👍🏻👍🏻
how amazing ..well done top vid
What a lovely video. Sad too. The tv with the doors I recall from the mid to late 60s
Those TVs in the cabinet are from the 1970/1980's. Channel 4 didn't start until 1982, before that only had 3 TV channels. I saw a tub of Ariel liquid tabs, only came on the market 9 yrs ago. With all the booze, I wonder if it was a house owned by people who liked to have parties and entertain their friends. Great house, nice to see it in an untrashed state. Great video 👍
I am sure that painting is a Bob Ross classic!!!
Great explore - the old tv s are late 60's early 70's - a lot of the early colour sets had tambour doors.
And 4 clunky push buttons for the stations, when there were only 3 TV channels. BBC1 / BBC2 / ITV.
We've got loads more choice these days... of repeats!
Great explore mate
What an amazing place. It seems so sad that the people die off but the things are still there. Hope the hooligans never find this place, that would be a real shame.
