Also, even after acquiring 48% of the company, Bajaj only has 2/11 seats in the board of directors. At least there's profit. But unless Bajaj does indigenous r&d, it won't be able to transform itself into a reall global brand. Cause, real margin lies in the high cc bikes.

Mere pas RC 200 hai or 3000 rupy har 6 mhine me inhe dene padte hain

They should also try to do something with their brand image. We all know how bad KTM's image is in India and i hate it when people call ktm a chapri bike. IMO they should launch a campaign or do some advertisment in order to make look like KTM isn't a chapri. They can also do a background check whenever someone wants to buy it
