Is movespeed not a flat sum? Like you had 325 or 330 base, 315 from talisman, 50 from boots percentage on shards and it was 666.

I dont think apex inventor works with runecarver. Pretty sure runecarver is based on charges, so distance travelled charges it faster.

@@BodyThoseFools2 oh I was wrong, just found out it does work... Cuz it has a 2.5seconds cooldown between each energised attack. So if u energised it fully, u still gotta wait for the 2.5seconds cooldown before it activates again. So apex inventor does allow you to proc it much more often. 🫡
