The singer feels like she embodies the character the song is about than any cosplayer ive ever seen just by her stage presence alone its crazy. The character is a woman who runs an orphanage (that's why the children choir), that woman is called the "Father" of said orphanage, killing the previous mother because she used to make all the children fighr to death. Though that orphanage she rules isn't to make kids get adopted but to grow up into weapons of war and carry missions for the organization she's a part for serving one of the main gods of the game.
She is THE "FATHER"
The singer for Scaramouche's boss theme also embodies him well. You can see a lot of back and forth between haughtiness and fear/sadness.
@@Orion_TheyThemTbh using an opera singer with that deep of a voice looses some of the point of the original song with the singer having a voice very similar to that of scaramouche and also feeling more amateur
@@Aquastarlord217 you're talking about the live performance. Which they only used him once. Every other time it's been the original singer.
And it does not, it just gives a grander feel. Which you could view as it being primarily before he fell and is singing the whole song through a haughty and angry pov.

The singer is a PROFESSOR her stage presence is incredible, my reaction was pretty much the same as yours when I first saw this performance lol. She practically embodies the character. As a fan, I'm beyond satisfied with the production. I had fun experiencing i once again and hearing your thoughts :+)

Arlecchino, known by her codename 'The Knave', also know as "Father" by the children of the Hearth is the 4th of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. She runs The House of the Hearth an orphanage where the orphans are raised directly into the Fatui's ranks.
The Fatui are a delegation of "diplomats" from the Zapolyarny Palace of Snezhnaya (region based on Russia). Led by the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and the Tsaritsa herself (god of ice and possibly love).
Snezhnaya is based on Slavic countries, not only Russia. So: Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus, Croatia, Poland, Slovenia, Montenegro, etc..
