I had one at about 10:30 PM in St. Andrews around 10 July 1992 after visiting with a small group of kids I told them I wanted something to eat and they told me the pie baker's were open all night. I hadn't learned about pub food yet and didn't understand that the tea shops closed about 5:00. Three glorious weeks all across Scotland!

That would be a pie maker. If you want to copy her pie, it's called Scotch pie's. On CZcams. If you're asking if you could make your own pie with your own ingredients? Of course. Use whatever you like.

You should go back for a visit, alot has changed since then, especially my uncles over priced bookshop. 👍
You could try brownings. Bakery who send all different type of pies cakes etc. really recommend them.
