Thank you for always shinning a light on lovely Vallejo CA. It is truly a pleasure watching your videos. This may be a long shot, but if you have time could you do a video on Beverley Hills (Southeast Vallejo, CA). I think it would be great to show areas close to Glen Cove (Clear pointe Dr.) or other areas of Vallejo which come at a discounted price, compared to the highly desirable areas in Vallejo. The lot sizes here in southeast Vallejo are surprisingly big, So much that can be done on these properties (Extension, ADU etc). It would be great to see a video on this area. Either way keep up the good work and once again truly a pleasure watching you shine a light on Vallejo, CA.
