MAPA is timeless for us. This song is connected to our culture of being FAMILY ORIENTED. This has been translated into different languages around the world. You are actually the first reactor I saw who didnt get touched by the song. But it is understandable when some peope can't relate to it coz not all are that deeply connected to their family.

I tend not to fake any of my reactions otherwise it would be useless doing them but I genuinely think the meaning is nice and being related to the Philipino culture is even elevating the song in my eyes.

This, Hanggang sa Huli, Liham, Ilaw and Tillaluha are what connects SB19 to old school Filipino musical tradition, while the likes of What, Bazinga, Crimzone, Gento and Ikako are new style, finally I Want You, WYAT and Moonlight are almost Western music.
The one on the left you mentioned is Ken or Felip. He has lots of own singles especially Kanako and Fake Faces are interesting. They are more on the rock side.

I think you’re the first reactor who found this song “cute” and not worth your playlist. It is very “soft” coz it’s supposed to be a lullaby (lullaby to parents, if you can call it that, now that the kids are pretty much grown up and the roles are reversed). More than just the melody or tone, it is the message that cuts deep and in my book ( and in many others’ books), it is a song that should be on repeat often. 😊
I have weird tastes when it comes to sounds and music so I can imagine, it’s a very deep song and I appreciate the meaning and the work behind it💗

The Mapa Lyric video is the MV.
If I may suggest, try the Lyric videos and/or MV first and leave the WishBus last as the live singing can be a distraction to understanding the lyrics and vice versa which can reduce the impact of both the Lyrics and the Vocals by watching the WishBus first.
