Great review thanks. Currently got the S-DJ50’s and thinking of upgrading to these. I love the sound signature of my current ones. Defo worth the upgrade? Looking for more depth of sound, slightly better bass and more clarity.

Make sure you get a Sijax cable for the Frentle Micron

Will be using the VM-80s in a 5.1 Surround Sound mixing and playback screening room. Would not consider the VM-50s with their 30 Watt + 30 Watt = 80 Watt total power to be adequate.
