Rich Entrepreneurs Put Peter To Shame “You’ve Got More Money Than Me!” | Dragons’ Den

  • Next to enter The Den is Roger Willems and Phil Stratford, who claimed they had together built a multimillion-pound transatlantic business. The duo seeks £80,000 in exchange for a 15% equity stake, but with the two businessmen netting more money than Peter Jones annually, the roles are reversed.
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

Either way, it's still not a secure product, as there are other ways of bypassing it, but a human's brute force isn't one of them.

In a way, the two gents were hiring the dragons to work for them. Interesting that it would be the dragon(s) who were to be saddled with all the responsibilities of making it a success.... as it was stated, this product is just a sideline from their multi-million dollar company so it would be smooth-sailing to get the dragon for 15% of this sideline company( which looks like it’s not worth very much) . Plus the dragon would be giving them tens of thousands of dollars to make their product be a success. Both of these gents are very very cunning...., when they left, the older gent surmised that what went wrong was their wealth..., if they had presented poorer etc etc
