I know i wasn't. After all Kevin has always been nothing more than a simple explanation for the Halloween event. And this time is no different. Once Fortnitemares 2021 ends all cubes will most likely disappear and be no longer relevant to the story.

Noting will ever beat the season x live event but this one was great
When the other players were zapped by Kevin it literally just left my besties who joined my lobby and we were so hyped in party chat that was the best part for me as we rebooted the cube together

Theory: Multiple Kevin's crash into the center island to open some sort of gateway to the sideways where monsters leak out of every match and the rest of the island becomes some sort of mad max setting due to being hit by debris.
I was wondering why Nick was rocking Crystal instead of Powerchord, it's not normal for him when there is an event. The Description makes it more sense now.

When the event started for us we had to reboot the event by leaving to lobby and rejoining because it bugged on us lol
Luckily it worked after we did that and this event was honestly amazing! Definitely enjoyed it!

I think that the cubes contain infromation from old locations. Like how they had an alternate person behind the cube, i think the og kev sotred info from the first map

I’m excited for the cosmetics of season 8.
My game was also buggy on me… like I could t see the entire map and I was floating. I also had this weird constant glow on me… The only part I was kind of able to see was the part where we were seeing the cube, but that’s it… really bad experience for me. Maybe it was just my computer but idk… I wish I could have seen it clearly but I’m at least happy that I saw it! I also didn’t see the part where the cube was falling on the island either, just the falling ufo. It also took a very long time for me to get the to be continued screen.
