I know 2 reasons why your channel is not growing.
1. You make this big playlist that no one makes ( 100 days of ML, 100 days of python, 100 days of DL). When somebody watches these playlists they think (ok I will bookmark this or I remember this playlist/channel) and will back to it when I am free and will be learning this seriously.
Take any most viewed playlists, the first few videos have a lot of views but gradually it decreases because consistency is hard.
Again it's both boon and bane.
Boon - There is no need to search where else that's why your loyalty ratio is high. Serious learners are coming back to your videos regularly.
Bane - There are a lot of people who are in dilemma as to whether to choose data science or not. so, those types of people cannot find any general information and many may think when I am really serious I really come back to this channel.
(This is pure speculation, I may be wrong)
2. You don't make videos on trending topics (your videos are more specific than generic).
Eg: top 5 skills a data analyst needs, top 5 skills, how to code fast, top 3 tricks every data scientist should know.
Those types of videos attract a lot of new subscribers. Personally, I got a lot of recommendations like this on my youtube feed and that's how I know those channels
lastly, I think collaboration with other channels increases the reach and also interviews with people in the field, these days it's trending.
I get at least one recommendation video of some random person interviewing some other random person about their data science journey.
You can try something like that.
But, the problem is, the moment you diversify and make generic videos, your loyalty base (96% is insane) decreases and that's the caveat, if you're willing to take that risk, you can easily increase your channel subscribers.
P.S. In movies, there is this type of movie called Avant-Garde cinema. Only serious cinema lovers watch those movies, that is why not a lot of people actually know about them. In a very peculiar way, your channel is like that. (it's for serious people but the percentage of them is very low.)

I am from UK and have been watching your Data Science CZcams videos for more than a Year now.
I have no doubt in saying that you are best Data Science CZcamsr.
In my opinion, the main reason why your subscriber count is not increasing as much as it should have been because most of your videos are very lengthy.
I would suggest restricting any of your video lectures from 10 to 20 minutes only which will create excitement for people to watch video, go to the next set and so on and they will then subscribe to continue watching the useful content which you have been providing to the viewers.
Codebasics is a great example how his contents are short and precise.
I think you have got excellent knowledge and great presentation skills to come to the top.
Sir your teachings are of so high level.... And so much simple ... Just keep on posting the videos sir, one day u will be having the highest followers in the field of data science.

Sir, you have given ton of contributions in this field and your knowledge is outstanding.
One thing I would love to recommend as a consumer(viewer) is that you should include shorts related to machine learning implementation and you can express in such a way, that it contains the best descriptions and the overall highlight of the data and can combine case study with the machine learning algorithm. This will surely attract a lot of new viewers.
You see when a new visitor arrives on a channel, it is most probable that he might have entered through CZcams short in most of the cases. Sorry to inform but you channel lacks this but it's because of your extreme knowledge, I think you can provide creative CZcams shorts. Ok I know your knowledge and I endorse that.đBe fearless, you are not just a mentor, you are life changer, you are outlier.
I've been mostly self taught since childhood. This is my perspective, can't speak for others. n=1.
I go to most other channels like sentdex to be entertained (in a way). I don't really remember most of what I watched. Only get a rough idea.
It's like watching netflix. I can comfortably sit through content and FEEL like I learnt something.
(When in reality, I didn't learn anything. Only learnt a new buzzword. Like shallow self help books that make you feel like you are improving something while consuming the book, while in reality barely anything is changing.)
Took me a few months to actually realize it.
Now I come to your channel and do stuff in parallel with you. Pause the video to think by myself etc. It's a high effort thing.
I barely watch a few videos per week. But it's always a high effort thing. Like a 2 way communication in some way.
And the videos are slow paced, which helps too.
To me, it's a blog(most of them) vs book(you) thing. A talk vs a lecture. And many more analogies like that.
The effort needed to consume is MASSIVE. But the payoff too is real.
You may not straight out say it, but that's the feeling I got when I first randomly found your channel.
I understood your value only when I realized I wasn't really learning from others, and just using them as entertainment. So a great deal of self realization was involved.

Maybe Language of the videos ( just a suggestion ). but sir, we are growing in our life coz of you. the way you explain projects and concepts were really good. Not eveybody has that special skills.
I have some experience in CZcams and I believe I can suggest you one big thing about consistent growth in sub count. Biggest jump in subscriber can come through- Consistency in Thumbnail. It should clearly say what the video is about. Audience should know blue/white/yellow thumbnail type belongs to you. Also no dark colour thumbnail or even your channel dp. That is also dark. If you don't believe, try running analysis of your channel which has consistent and light colour thumbnail vs a video which has dark colour thumbnail.
PS. I Greatly appreciate your work sir. PLEASE don't take my suggestion otherwise. It is just thought and a humble feedback

As much as i want your channel to grow, I'd also like to protect it from the people who don't know the art of appreciating your channel. Honest Suggestions : As a loyal subscriber I would say your videos are perfect for people like me jinko industry level ka knowledge and indepth intuition chahiye. But most of the people are just aspirants and unko chizze quickly chahiye. They don't want to spend lot of time to learn one thing. So my suggestion will be keep the video length short (not too short, something between 10-18 mins) with catchy titles to attract people. Otherwise I can't see any other reasons to not reaching the expected subscriber count.

My personal suggestions:
1) Start collaboration with Data Science domain people infact channels related to computer science .(Podcast is recommended) reach out to those people through Emails đ§.
2) You have to be pro active on Linkedin by sharing daily post as per your interests . Don't forget to mention and share your video link in your post and in group related to Data Science.
3) Now days there is trend of short videos on CZcams. Try to post 30 sec to 1 minutes informative videos related to Data Science. People generally liked to watch short videos. You can also post same short videos on Instagram and Twitter reels and do mention your CZcams link in your bio.

Hey, just wanna say thank you for ur time and and effort in the videos, I have been doing data science for 3 months now this channel is amazing.
The things I want to tell you that would help you improve would be:
1) See the time of videos others upload and see the type of video they r making like is it whiteboard and a guy explaining or animated and voiceover guy explaining. The first thing which stopped me from watching ur video in first place is the time duration..it's long(not a complain) but for a platform like which focuses on making more money from videos and disregard the content..they will push 10-20 min(so they can play 2 ads and move to next video) a lot than an 30 min to 1 hour long video.
2) the language: use english coz it will push it to wider audience.
3) Use hidden hastags(and keywords i description to) youtube takes description seriously sometimes
4) the ppl wh watch you are the ppl who r serious about data science and seriously want to breaking into the industry..it's again time duration thing(like if i want to revise a concept i wouldn't want to go through a 50 min video).
5) premier videos if the feature is unlocked,start live stream sundays or something like that(less effort but helpful for ppl), social media can also help in reach.
6) maybe use bright thumbnails as others and you started with web development and it's only been recently u started heavily on data science, i don't think u need to stress on comparing as of now...just go sellout and yell ppl to sub to ur channel(it works and it won't be cringe too as u provide a lot of value).
I wish u nothing but success, I just know it that in coming years u will blow up.(update your freaking website tho)

Hi Nitish Sir. You are a gem among instructors. The amount of passion and commitment you bring to the table is clearly visible and that perhaps is the reason for your loyalty base (me included). It was a sad sight seeing you getting disappointed. But I think you are judging yourself too harshly because of 2 things:
1. As you said your views are picking up pace off-lately. Good things do take some time. Even I have been learning DS/ML from youtube from the past 7 months. But I came across your channel only a month ago. Since then I'm hooked and learning a lot - all thanks to your efforts. So please don't give up and keep up the good work. Appreciation on a wider scale is just around the corner.
2. Just saw that your subscriber count is now what your models had predicted (38K). This should make you motivated and lift-up your moodđ. This is only the beginning. I'm definitely gonna spread the word around about your channel. If you know about Zerodha, it spread through word-of-mouth advertising. The same shall happen here as well. 1. Promotion: Aap apne channel ko aur promote karo....in social medias like Fb pe page banao....kuch videos daalo....kuch videos ke parts daalo aur unko force karo youtube pe aake video complete karne ke liye. Banners banao apke playlists ka. Click bait ke alag alag tarike nikalo.
2. Environment: Aap ka content bahot hi a6a hain but aapke environment utne a6e nhi hain...matlab aap bas notebooks, google sheets, docs pe hi padhate ho. Beginners ko yeh bahot static lagta hain. Aap environment thik karne ke liye zyada animations daal sakte ho, animations na ban sake toh google slides pe hi a6a kuch bnado jo viewers ko a6e se samajh mein aaye.
3. Promises not kept: Maine dekha hain ke aapke jo purane videos hain...unka content toh bahot hi a6a hain but aap jo links promise karte ho description mein daalne ka ....woh nhi rehta hain....project ke links...datasets ke link..and so on. Aap thoda mehnat karke un videos ka description thik karo jin mejn zyada views hain aur potential hain aur views laane ka.
4. Trending topics: Bas playlists bnane se hi nhi hoga. Trending topics pe bhi aapko videos chorne honge. Trending topics ke videos dekhenge toh log aapke channel pe aayenge aur playlist dekhna shuru karenge.

Sir, a few suggestions to you from a subscriber's POV which might help you. I started watching your videos since last 2 months and I am a regular over here now. So, the thing is that once someone starts watching your videos, they get glued to it.
My first suggestion is that you should change the logo, it doesn't look very classy or technical. It gives an amateurish impression (atleast to me) when I look at it. The red color is a bit jarring.
The second thing is, apart from subjective topics and stuff, you can do other videos which gives an insight to your personality. Many times we, CZcams viewers, are not in mood to study, but we would like to be in touch. Just watching a casual video on your channel, maybe something which might be related to your past, your students, your everyday life, your tips and tricks, any funny experience etc can be a great addition in my opinion.
Thirdly, you explain in Hindi. The other channels mostly stick to English and that's why the audience case slightly becomes wider in my opinion. Although in Hindi, we Indians or Hindi speaking people understand the concepts very easily, but there can be skeptics who would prefer to learn in English and also speak and think in English. Some people also judge the quality based on the language, which is a reality but very sad! I won't suggest that you change to English, but this one is just to bring in some light and maybe your subsequent analysis can also be done keeping this parameter in mind.
