- Hi guys ! I love this new build - I had so much fun creating it ! Any build with an indoor-outdoor living space and I love it. I wanted this one to be modern in it's design but keep lots of cozy and cluttered pieces. I also love to use lots of plants when I build in Oasis Springs. So this is your build if you want a cozy family home with some modern twist and if you want to add an extra underground (I have added a staircase down to a basement). Hope your sims will enjoy it!

By far this is one of your better builds. It has a lot of color and its very beautiful. The only critique I have is that the light above the kitchen table is too big if it were sized down one size it would be perfect other than that I love the kitchen. This home is beautiful. 😊Wonderful.

I do have a question if you don’t mind. What kind of computer and or PC do you use to run so much CC. I have a laptop and my game takes forever to load and go through😅

I try to put as many details as possible, but with a speed build, you need to limit it otherwise it would be a 3h speed build 😅 and I do have a gaming PC - but all these cc also mean it takes a while to launch … I should sort my cc out but I feel I have so many at this stage it would take me too long to do so ☺️😘

How did you get the TV in front of the fireplace?
Hi 🤗 I deleted the wall in the back of the fireplace and put the TV up and then put the wall back up 🤗

Hi ☺️ I don’t - but you can join my Patreon and get my builds there with the ccs. Otherwise, I have a list of the cc creators I use in the video description- most are free - so you can have all the cc I have 🤗
@@AbricotDesign I don't mean this to be rude, but you realize that's kinda bad, right? You're essentially stating that you allow people to pay you to have quick access to other people's work. Like I get you said you don't directly sell folders, but putting it behind a patreon paywall is not much different. And this isn't me saying that you should just have free access to your folder out in the open, in fact, I would discourage it, because people should be able to get it from the source directly, but putting other people's cc in a folder and only allowing patrons access to that takes away from the creators of that work.
