Wow, a whole hour of education here! I'm only 10 minutes in at this writing, and already you both have covered one of the areas of weakness in my own trading, and that is the railroad track pattern. I saw Mike Webster's talk on this a week or two ago, but Kathy and Justin helped further clarify the concept for me, so thank you both! Okay, I'm going to go pop some popcorn for the rest of this, whoohoo!

Always great information. Thank you 🙏🏽. I’m a new trader and I want to learn more about how institutions use retail investors limits for liquidity grabs. I’ve not heard anyone on any channel address this.

Does IBD have an explanation of various terminology to describe bases (e.g. “first stage base”)?

Between LA and Denver, you'll have a 5,500 ft upper in altitude, Justin, or something close to a 757's cabin air pressure at 40,000 feet. They keep atmospheric pressure lower on commercial planes for a reason, and that is to make the passengers, ahem, "more compliant" (eg, "more nap prone"). So that hike, even in "the low areas" of Denver, is going to knock you silly. And that's not counting the "Rocky Mountain Headache" that some of us will get after 4 days at altitude.

MCP is very interesting. Can most people implement it in practice? Mental trick she notes is to focus on the gain you have…if the retained gain since purchase is still solid, stick with the stock. Also need to have a “long haul” mindset. She also notes her line in sand was 30% gain so in reality her MCP stop loss was purchase price x 1.30
