Nodes need to remove mam
Even in 1st stage grade is important
Higher grast or any high risk feature or nodes not removed radiation is must

It is individualised

Any cancer can reoccur sir..If low grade chance is less if high grade is high..After 5 years any cancer chance of reoccur is less
