Kinda surprised not seeing Ginobili in any of these. He had some amazing passes. I don't remember what year he made the behind the back pass to Danny Green, i think, against the Clippers? That was a great pass.
Came to say exactly that!! Loved watching his highlights back when - he was always on SportsCenter! If only they had realized then what a gold mine the 35+ footer is. I bet he could have dialed in a crazy long shot.
2010 is even better when you know how Rondo set Lebron up. Earlier in the game Lebron had a chase down block on Rondo in basically the same situation, so Rondo did the same exact thing but did a bail out pass right as Lebron thought he had another chase down block.
For me it has to be Jokic's urged behind the back pass for the baseline 3, never seen a ball curl like that in mid air. Steven Adams definitely #2 for me though.
I love how scramble situations show off just how athletic the old heads were. The systems were different and weren’t evolved enough to show off their true capabilities, but there were always guys who nearly hit their heads on the rim, cats with lightning reflexes like Isaiah, and Euro players like Peja who surprised even themselves when loose ball scrambles occurred.
Adams full-court pass to Morant to beat the buzzer or one of Giddey's insane inbound passes are far superior in entertainment and skill to Ball's between the legs toss to Bridges. The announcer made it 1000x more hyped than it should have been. There was literally nothing exceptional about it.
I was worried that they wouldn’t have that Dumars pass in that’s maybe the least known but greatest pass of all time, but they did not disappoint. Nice video.
The majority of today's NBA players are more athletic but seem, at least to me, less refined than the ones I grew up watching- like Bird, Magic, MJ, and the others.
I believe it was one year in the early 2000s but Luke Ridnour vs the Kings should be here. I rememeber watching the game live... Its on youtube somewhere
Whoa... You don't get Magic and Bird? I guess just too many outrageous passes back then? ...or back to Maravich, though he threw up a lot of shots, but had a heck of a handle.
isn't it a fact that it gets better as it goes to the older days? with almost no exception. but I hope this will change and we'll have some great playmakers in this new generation
To me that Westbrook pass was the most amazing. My eyes did a double take after that--that's either immense precision or incredibly crazy luck--or both.
Jason Williams is underrated. He wasn't an efficient player but in terms of he's hand abilities, i don't think anyone in this video is on top of him. Makes one wonder what type of player he could have been if it had the motivation or hard work other NBA stars put into the game.
Kinda surprised not seeing Ginobili in any of these. He had some amazing passes. I don't remember what year he made the behind the back pass to Danny Green, i think, against the Clippers? That was a great pass.
100% if it was top 5 of each year Ginobli would have been here heaps
I came here hoping to see his crazy cross court bullet pass
That is 2014-2015 season
His bullet pass to Tiago Splitter is one of my favourite passes ever it’s just so clean
@@shmelo98247 to Matt Bonner against Lakers
Jason Williams is half the video! He was never a great all-around player, but he has to be the most entertaining pure passer ever.
Came to say exactly that!! Loved watching his highlights back when - he was always on SportsCenter! If only they had realized then what a gold mine the 35+ footer is. I bet he could have dialed in a crazy long shot.
His elbow pass is missing
Dude was incapable off a two hand chest pass lol
@@nicolasdelao5387 It's a crime against basketball that those Kings never won a title. They had so much talent.
2010 is even better when you know how Rondo set Lebron up. Earlier in the game Lebron had a chase down block on Rondo in basically the same situation, so Rondo did the same exact thing but did a bail out pass right as Lebron thought he had another chase down block.
Good to know!
It’s not really a setup. He just adjusted to getting beat earlier. It would be a setup if he didn’t get blocked already..
i think this years is when steven adams full court passed it to ja morant for the 0.4 second buzzer beater
For me it has to be Jokic's urged behind the back pass for the baseline 3, never seen a ball curl like that in mid air. Steven Adams definitely #2 for me though.
Curved*
have you seen the baseline view of this pass? It's pretty incredible.
3:15 I just love how Lebron is just casually flyin through the air!
That Westbrook pass that went between the legs of the defender and right to his man. That was the best one on this video full of sick passes.
How in the world didn't they put Jason William's elbow pass?...
It was in an all star game. And the guy missed the shot so it wasn’t an assist. May that’s why. Idk
I was thinking the same thing. Also, it says amazing passes not amazing assists so i dont think the missed shot would matter
@@birdmann6923 pass doesn’t count if you don’t score…that’s how they do it
Bait. They want you to reply the elbow pass haha
Word up
That Derrick Rose double clutch pass will always be one of my favorites and one of the most underratedly difficult to-do plays I’ve ever seen.
He changed the pass in the mid-air 😱
Lamelo’s is nice but not the best one this year. Jokic and Giannis have done some sublime dimes in 2022
Yes as well as cp
Andre Iguodala is in that conversation as well. The dudes been making insane assists this year.
jokic. thats it he's the best in the league aint no cap
btw the lamelo ball was prob the best pass, jokic make great dimes but this one was way better
@@michaeljordan310 Jokic had an amazing no look pass behind the back, but the guy bricked it.
2022 should've been one of Jokic's passes smh those were more amazing
Alot of fresh passes on this list. I usually watch nba plays etc and there were a bunch I hadn't seen before. Awesome work
The spin and speed on that last one was nice!
Joe Dumars. One of the best assists of all time!
Love how the camera quality gets terrible around 1997 but somehow gets better in 1995 lol
Iggy's pass is one of the greatest passes I've ever seen in my life 🔥🔥, but i love to see my boy Gallo in this video 🔥🔥
Jokic had a better pass last week
3:46 Kobe was making many similar passes like that all 2008
O cara sempre será incrível
That was an awesome compilation
some of these are just crazy
Adams full-court pass to Morant to beat the buzzer or one of Giddey's insane inbound passes are far superior in entertainment and skill to Ball's between the legs toss to Bridges.
The announcer made it 1000x more hyped than it should have been. There was literally nothing exceptional about it.
Charlotte announcers are like that. Most annoying announcers in the league. Would rather listen on mute than them ngl
That throw bounce pass through his legs could’ve been the end of his career very dangerous
I was worried that they wouldn’t have that Dumars pass in that’s maybe the least known but greatest pass of all time, but they did not disappoint. Nice video.
The pass from Westbrook was remarkable
Ong that shit was fire af
That was lucky tbh
Manu totally deserved to be in here with him multiple absurdly creative passes.
Cant wait to see Josh Giddey take over this category in the future 🔥🔥🔥
No Stockton, Magic Johson, or Pistol Pete?
They have literally no assists in a regular game
where do you find these clips tho dang?
That pass by Nash in 2006 was CRAZY!
I love how you can see the camera quality difference over the years
The majority of today's NBA players are more athletic but seem, at least to me, less refined than the ones I grew up watching- like Bird, Magic, MJ, and the others.
You can remake this entire video with Ginobili doing the same passes, yet he was not in the compilation :(
Old is gold
Rondo the best pure assist guy I’ve personally ever seen guy was just on another level 💯👌
Kings 3 years in a row 💪🏼
So happy to see the Kings somewhere on here...
that Gallinari pass is the greatest pass i've ever seen
You better not miss when you’re on the receiving end of one of those passes 🤞
Mannn I felt nostalgic…
Wait what hold up ! Wait wait ! No Jokic in here? Really?
That pass by Isiah Thomas bounced above the defender's head then alley oop dunk damn twas show time.
i can't believe that ricky rubio and ginobilli isn't there
So we're not gonna mention Magic or Pistol Pete? 🤔
...add bird!
No one will ever pass like White Chocolate. 😍😍
Steve Nash, i live you
Peja n Gary Payton kinda hard to decide which one is tougher. Mad respect to the real IT as well, Bad Boys for life!
Knew white chocolate was gonna make this a few times
Bro nash was underrated asf
Surprised not seeing Magic
I wish those show time kings teams could’ve gotten a title
the last clip omfg that's unreal !!
7:43
Where's J Crawford to Blake? One of the most memorable for sure (but not for the author))
Instrumental is sick. Name and producer
Last one is the best by far. That spin on it.. Jesus Christ
There are times when the pass is more beautiful the bucket
En la última jugada estaba claramente en posición adelantada 😂😂
I refuse to believe that 2022 pass was the best pass of that year
Definitely missing the Jason Williams elbow pass!
Y los pases de faja de ginobili?
Sublime 😍🙏👍
There was a Lance Stevenson pass when he was with Indiana that should be in this video
cosh playing the games ama eyes Allen facts😭✌️👋
'94 is insane
isn't it a fact that it gets better as it goes to the older days? with almost no exception. but I hope this will change and we'll have some great playmakers in this new generation
Gotta put Arvydas Sabonis and Jokic on here as an honorable mention or something.
Pass from 1992 is the best. It was ridiculous no-look very fast pass.
the best one of 2022 should be stephen adams inbound pass
Turiaf: Kobe passed me the ball! He never passes me the ball
Should have more Jason Williams
To me that Westbrook pass was the most amazing. My eyes did a double take after that--that's either immense precision or incredibly crazy luck--or both.
Thomas, Rondo and Williams for me
Check out Tony Parker to Francisco Elson

I forgot what year, I wanna say 2011 or 2012, rondo, no look, behind the head pass to Allen was a phenomenal pass. Should be top of that year
3:46 🥰
Since when was Harrison barnes on the warriors 😅😅
How did Jason Williams elbow pass not make the cut, I know he had quite a few spots on the list but still 🤷🏾♂️
Jason Williams is underrated. He wasn't an efficient player but in terms of he's hand abilities, i don't think anyone in this video is on top of him. Makes one wonder what type of player he could have been if it had the motivation or hard work other NBA stars put into the game.
CZcams commenters and this underrated word
He wasn’t an efficient player but he’s underrated?
Elbow pass isn't on here because the bucket wasn't made. Sad, because it's the greatest pass of all time.
Rondo mid air faked Lebron with that behind the back pass was savage. I remember seeing that game.
Jayson "Mr. TURNOVER" Williams
🔥🔥🔥
...that was just the warm up for the 80's. Larry Bird and Magic beat most of these highlights by a mile.
best pass of each year:
2019: great pass
2020: nice pass
2021: wtf?!
2022: …
That 1992 pass was stunning, does anyone know the name of the player?
Joe Dumars
Jason Willians goty
Where is Jason Williams behind the back of the elbow? It's the greatest pass in history
Yeah, i just think your missing the behind the back elbow pass
No Magic or Bird?? 🤷
There is a lot of Jason Williams in this video… and STILL his elbow pass is missing!
I think they forgot Steven adams out of bounds to Morant!!
0:50 bruh
Dope
finally passes getting the love they deserve!
Is that LeBron in 1996? Nope just some dude named Caffey doing it just as good.
What about jason william’s elbow pass
Fat Kemp sighting
Most from the 90's . Coincidence ?!
Detroit 🏀!!!
Missing lebrons between the legs pass as well
