Been there and done that - these lights are a pain in the rear to install. Got them going after several hours of cutting, shaving, gluing, retro-fitting, trial and error!

Maybe you should by 9006 leds, i think they have the right connector? (and change bulb socket to h7)
Hi there. I want to install HID for my w211 high beam. Do I need to put really to avoid any power issue? And thanks in advance
After i installed mine it gave my issue with half of the front end lights. Driver Fog light and low beam turn off occasionally and then my blinker just stays on while i turn my lights on. Okce i turn off blinker functions as it should. Any suggestions?

You did all this cutting and shaving.... I just forced it in there and turned it hard something bent and clicked and they're both installed in 5 minutes xD I did have to play with the adapter a bit and bend it slightly

Tiene mucho más brillo, pero el haz proyectado es muy malo haciendo zonas de sombra en la carretera, es mejor usar unas buenas bombillas halógenas, al led aún le queda mucho por mejorar
Tienes que checar las medidas de las posiciones de donde lanza la luz cada foco, para que coincida con las medidas de los originales
Y de esa forma si funciona bien.
Aunque te diré que lo mejor es comprar las originales, limpiar la lupa y listo.

Wieder ein schönes Video. Wäre mir aber ehrlich zu viel Arbeit. Ich bin da eher der Faule. Auspacken, wechseln, losfahren. Und dann kommt ja noch der heilige TÜV in Deutschland dazu, wo das ganze bestimmt nicht statthaft wäre. Leider.

The idea of using a sharp knife to ream out the adapter horrifies me; one slip and you could end up needing major hand surgery. Better to use a dremmel drill, which will do a far tidier job anyhow.
