I drove my Volkswagen all over southern Germany inspecting unit mailrooms. Beautiful country and I have German ancestry.

@@rdam50 I've found him! And I've discovered that the Cow Cow reference comes from a Cow catcher on a locomotive, and the popularity of Cow Cow Blues meant that Cow Cow was nickname given to him. I'm glad I asked! Thanks again, RD 👍👋
