Its not safe as it will not let the springs contract fully, this will wear out suspension and tyres fast. Instead replace factory rubber spacers with a bit bigger around an inch, this will let the suspension do its work and wont have bad effect.

I think it's unsafe, if sometime if the rubber pad breaks in high-speed, in any one of the suspension, your total control will be lossed, we cannot control car moving oneside... Don't do this guys, this my opinion...
Well, This is made up of polyurethane rubber. I am using this same in my car from past 5 years & driven more than 90k run, believe me this is really good not only for increasing the height but to improve the steering control and breaking distance also. This makes suspension more stiffer and hence you will feel more controlled staring feedback. it is more useful for older cars whose suspension is too soft or having more oscillation effect while on the road
It can be used for the old suspensions that are about to bid goodbye and the owner doesn't have the budget to completely change the entire suspensions of the car. This can actually help prolong the life of a ruined suspension. However, it's not recommended for those newly changed suspensions or cars that are brand new as it may easily ruin the suspension as the car doesn't really need it. Upping the ground clearance can be fixed by buying a new set of tires that have bigger diameter.
The bushes may behave abruptly in certain conditions because of two material now. The spring constant will be effected. It's better to change the coil springs rather than using bushes. The cost of Rogerab is also around the cost of coil springs. I won't recommend it.
It usually install in the middle of spring which is responsible for softness as the spring travel will be high. Found, if we install it in top section of spring, it wouldn't affect much of softness. I haven't tried yet though.
Why should you increase the ground clearance, that to unscientifically? You care for your car, drive carefully .. PS: I have never used it and will never use such things. Pros : it will increase the ground clearance. Body won't touch the ground on humps. Cons: it will increase the Center of gravity, you will need it if you are curving at 90kmph +. it will defiantly increase the air friction, you can feel it on the highway. you car may woble. As one of the owner of honda city.......i ask you to install this in your car only if you are planning to change to or already changed to 195sections, otherwise you will not see any difference in GC when countering a speed breaker.

If you really want to increase the ground clearance then add spacers on top of the shock rods, that way you will not limit the shock rod travel which is necessary to absorb the shock. Spacers on other hand does increase the ground clearance but, then you may encounter body roll.

Yes its slightly reduce the softness but overall its performance is good
basically it will only make your suspension stiffer.
