I can already imagine how much we will laugh when you’ll try to make sarma/mantı/börek etc. I’m also Turkish but live in Holland so I can relate to so many thing you guys are doing/talking about. We always eat Turkish food and I’m glad we do. First of all It’s the best food in the world ;) and besides I think it plays a big role in remembering where you come from. Turkish food and cuisine is the best in the world. So many delicious foods and it's so varied, from healthy, fresh salads and vegetable only to amazing meat dishes. Not to mention all the delicious desserts the Turkish cuisine has🇹🇷❤️

The easier way to peel a tomato would be to soak it in hot water which will make the skin come off more smoothly. Also Armenians have a similar rice dish but instead of orzo we use vermicelli!
